Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Description of Work: The two-man crew arrived as scheduled to troubleshoot a blocked sewer line from my house to the septic tank. The crew scoped the line and found a root that had grown into the line where it was cracked. They cleared the root and showed me the location of the problem, which I then repaired myself.

Description of Work: Repaired couple of leaks and repaired couple faucets. Replaced damaged garbage disposal.

Description of Work: Replace two commodes. They were wonderful - showed up, left to go get the commodes and were back very quick. Very neat - made sure they wore protective covering on their shoes. Very nice people. I have an appointment for them to come back out on March 16, 2015 to replace my water heater.They came last week to give me a free no-obligation estimate.

Description of Work: There was a pipe leaking ...Rick patched the leak before Thanksgiving until he could come back and repair the pipe...I was very impressed with Rick's professionalism and sincerity. He gave me a honest appraisal of between $600 to $2000. He returned after the Holiday - upon his arrival I told him that my friend and I agreed and prayed that my fix would be the $600 fix...he said he agreed to and that the office had just prayed for me and this job! (how amazing is that!- Christians who aren't afraid to be Christians!) Rick fixed the pipe and then gave me a bill of $575! I was pleased with his work and this company!

Description of Work: I called my insurance co and they sent out a man that wanted to charge me over 300. I picked up my phone book and found Roto- Rooter and he came right away told me up front that it was 125. and was through in a very short time. I would call them again if I ever have a problem.

Description of Work: Bid to replace kitchen sink fixture was way beyond reasonable. Will not recommend to the senior community.

Description of Work: Had them come out to repair a kitchen faucet knob that had broke (all hardware stores were closed and Walmart does not carry this part). Was told that they do not charge night time rates. Estimate was $400!!! Just to repair a knob that you can buy for $5. Had another company come out and they fixed it and did another small job on the bathroom sink all for $185.
