Very responsive, courteous, and qualified. I called at 11AM, serviceman was onsite by 12:30PM, fan fixed by 1:30PM. Very impressive and professional service company. Would highly recommend! Thanks.

The initial call from the tenants was about outlets not working. We asked them if they checked the GFCI outlets. They said they did. So Ralph from Rich services was sent out, used them because of the reviews from angies list. He called us and told us that the problem was because the GFCI outlet had not been reset and he stated that the tenants wanted to other outlets fixed in the dining room. But he would not go ahead with fixing them without calling us first and getting our approval. LOVED THAT! We approved and he went ahead and replaced them. It was an excellent experience and we will use them again if anything electrical comes up.

Rich Services is a great company . This was the second time I used them and I had another great experience with them from the Office Manager Deborah Otis to the 3 jobs completed at my home in less then one hour from a toggle switch that was broken and adding 2 plug outlets. I will call them again for more projects in the future.

I called Friday to request an estimate and Dan called me right back. He came by Monday morning and gave us a free estimate on the work to be done. Since Ralph got such good reviews from other Angie's List members, I asked if he would be available for Wednesday and luckily Ralph was able to come today! It was nice that he called to say he was on his way. Ralph was so patient with me as we tried to get 4 can lights to make a perfect square. Once he had all the marks on the ceiling and started cutting the hole for can light 1, he ran into the first problem....water line (2 story home). Now we had to rethink the whole design, and remeasure. He cut a new hole for can light 1, a hole for can light 2, but then can light 3 was going to hit a 2x4. We had to once again figure out where to put the next two so that they would be lined up. The hole for can light 3 was successful, but Ralph did have to work around an air duct for can light 4. He hung the pendent fixture perfectly above our island and was able to use the old light wiring so that we did not have to have a plastic plate in our ceiling. Then came the install for the new dimmer switch for the can lights. He had to work around a sewer pipe, but was able to make it work. Dan forgot to tell Ralph about the extra outlet we wanted in the garage, but Ralph was very willing to complete that with no problem. I will definitely use Rich Services again.

Ralph was very professional from the start. He called to see if we were available earlier (we were) and was friendly, professional and courteous from the moment I opened the door, (during the 2.5 hours he worked) and up to his departure. It was refreshing to have a company that has a employee that does not talk at you, but to you and makes sure you understand the work that is being performed. He was patient with me on thing's I wanted to be checked out/repaired. (I have TBI and forget easily). He did not drag his feet and take breaks and was ready for the next thing that needed attention. I highly recommend this company and will use this company for any other electrical issues I may have or if/need a fan, security light, light switch or additional lighting in my home.

Had to reschedule appointment twice due to my schedule. The service guys came by and fixed the problem.

Installer arrived on time and worked quickly. The entire install took about 30 minutes and It looks neat and clean. The system manufacturer provides $25,000 coverage for any damage by a power surge.

Work was both rapid & efficient with very impressive results. Ralph was both sociable & informative I'll be more than glad to go back to use Rich's to help me complete the rest of my electrical projects.

He was very reasonable and able to help me with all the services I needed done. He was on time when he said he would be here. He got the job done very quickly and cleaned up after himself. He knew exactly what he needed to do and was able to get my needs taken care of right away.

There was a billing issue at the completion of the job which resulted in the ceiling fan switches not being replaced, and being billed for time the technician was not at the house and also at lunch. The bill was quite a bit more, and the time billed was also excessive for the work done. I called Rich Services to discuss the issue with them, and the bill was adjusted to reflect the original estimate of between $300 and $340. I am very satisfied with the handling and outcome of the billing issue and also with the professionalism of Mr. Brown. I will use Rich Services again but will schedule the job when I can also be at home to more closely monitor the work being done.

I called Rich services and needed them that day and during a certain time frame. They were busy with another call and weren't sure they would be able to do it that day but they came through! They did a great job and are very reasonable. I am much appreciative of them being so responsive and helping me out when I was in a pinch!

Ralph was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and cleaned up any mess that was created. It only took a few minutes to create the holes and run the wires for the new plugs on the porch ceiling, which are great! Even after having to drive 80 miles round trip for the job, the price was still fair. I will be using Rich Services in the future.

Electrician initially came out to our house on 2/20 at 10am. After a couple minutes, he determined that he needed to replace a part for the lights. He left at 10:10am to go see if he had the part. About 30 minutes later he returned to my house and said that he needed to order the part and that it could take a couple days to come in. I gave him permission to order the part and to return at a later date. He then asked for a check to cover the initial 1hr labor cost of $75 (all for a total of less that 15 minutes at my house). On 2/24, the electrician returned to fix my lights. Within 20 minutes, he replaced 2 of the same parts on my light fixture, totaling $90, and $60 for additional hour of labor costs, plus tax. The work quality, punctuality, friendliest and attentiveness by the electrician were incredible. I definitely recommend their work. However, even though they told me about their hourly fees, and stated that they gave me a discount for hourly labor charges on the second day, I was still surprised that they charged me such a large amount when they really couldn't do much on the first day and, all together, spent 35 minutes at my house.

The guy that came out was very professional and nice, he cleaned up afterwards. He was very knowledgeable. He did a nice job, he also helped saved me some money.

I left a message for this service provider over te Labor Day weekend. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me first thing Tuesday morning. Dan was extremely polite and made sure he knew what my expectations were. After explaining the work to be done, Dan provided me with his honest opinion and rough estimate rate. I explained to Dan that I also had another company giving and estimate and he completely understood. I elected to go with the other company only because it was a little less work on my part due to the kind of job to be done. I live in Virginia and the property is in Texas, I was needing to contact a handyman to cut the roof. Since I am not local to the property, it was easier to go with the other company as they could do all the work. I appreciate Dan's honesty and opinion as well as his prompt and professional call.

Stillhouse Electrical provided great service! We noticed the odor of melting plastic, and upon checking our breaker box found out that we had a short somewhere. My husband managed to fix the problem temporarily, but we needed someone to come out immediately to assess the situation. Stillhouse Electrical sent someone over a few hours after our call, even though they had to pull the electrician off of another job to do so. We were very grateful for the fast service, considering the situation. The electricial fixed the problem in less than an hour and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

Didn't bother to show up for the estimate after I drove 20miles to be there to meet him! Guess they are doing so good the don't need the business!

I was very impressed with the service and timely response from this company. I told them from the start I was looking for a bid for comparison with other companies. I told them about when I needed it done. They worked with me very professionally in all aspects of the job. The guys who came out were thoughtful and courteous at all times. They upgraded my service and installed a new breaker box with the whole house surge protector. I will definitely use them again.
