The owner's manager of the other half of the duplex I own uses this exterminator. Since roaches from their tenant were infiltrating my unit, we decided the best thing was to have her service provider spray both sides at once when the tenant vacated. Other owner picked up entire cost since the roaches were brought in by their tenant. Did a good job - roaches were gone within days and never returned.

The service provider was right on time. He took the time to explain the details of the treatment for the ants. He went over my options and the pricing. Polite and friendly and I would use them again.

I like them. I have a regular contract with them. They had a good customer service. She's really quick to get back to you.

Great. I was very happy to find out the damage around the garage door was just water damage and age, not termites. Braden explained what to look for to detect termites in the future and explained the warranty that comes with the service, so if I see any more, they will come back and take care of it. I was also happy to find that the treatment gets rid of ants. I was really relieved to find that the termites were limited to a small area, so it was not nearly as expensive as some of my neighbors have experienced. When making your appointment, be aware that they don't do any work on the first visit- that's just the inspection to determine what they need to do and how long they will need to schedule the job. I am really confident in the quality of the work that was done and it only took him a few minutes. I did not go for the 10 year warranty service because the infested area was so small, but if we had discovered a problem in other areas, I would have gone for the full site treatment. I'm impressed with the integrity of this company because they could have lied and told me I needed the whole site treated and collected a very large fee, but they didn't. What I thought was termite damage in the garage wasn't and he told me the truth about it. I'm very happy that I found an honest company.

easy to schedule, good price, came out and did all the work and the ants left us alone. we typically will call them once a year for various pest matinenance and highly recommend them

They have been very good. They are using a spray to attract them. They were up in the attic, and they were using a spray and traps. They did that a couple of times, and one time they caught a rat and removed it, then they didn't catch anything the second time, so they moved things around and caught another one. It was real quiet for a while, such that I thought that was that, then I heard some scurrying around, so I called them back out, and he came back out and set out new traps, and did other things. He does several things when he comes out. They found another break in, because every time he comes out, sometimes he finds something, and sometimes he doesn't, so he moves things around. They have been very helpful. I have used them for 2 months, and the problem is that I have used them for the past two months, and they have come out each time, and they put the bait out, and you can call them and schedule and they will come out. We are now going into April, and the charge of $63 per month is getting a bit too much. They are doing everything on their side, and it is frustrating on my part. He is putting what he is supposed to put out, and he has been to the attic, and he talks to my son, but I am not sure he has the problem solved. He has been very thorough on his part, I don't feel like he is not doing his part. The rats are chewing up the line to my washing machine, so it is quite frustrating on my part, to replace the line. My son-in law came the second time to change the line out, and it was a month or so because he was catching them, and the problem was back last month. He put some traps behind the washing machine, but that would catch the one that goes back there. I thought the price was fair, because I have to get rid of them, and they chewed up my line and I didn't know how much it would cost. Their price would be worth it, if they could get rid of them. Everything is fine, we are just not getting rid of the problem, and I don't think it is their fault. One time I heard the trap, and I called them, and she apologized because it was 3 days before they could get somebody out. Once he was here, he was here on time.

They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They had no problem explaining the whole process to me.

My laundry room was infested with small black bugs. Under the magnifying glass you could see they had a little horn like a rhino and resembled a beetle. We tried treating them ourselves, but after numerous times with spraying the inside and out to no avail we called in Castle. They sent someone right away who was polite and on time, but unfortunately for us they did not recognize the bug for what it was (it turned out to be weevils). They sprayed all around and laid down bait and on a second visit posion all with no results whatsoever. When the first treatment didn't even slow down the bugs, you would think they would try something new but not these guys. They did the exact same thing with equally poor results. Finally we contacted a second company, Mid-Cities Pest Control and they sent a person who knew exactly what to do. Mid-Cities Pest treated for weevils and their first treatment almost vanquished them. However we were still getting a few so they came out again and managed to spot the food source (an old bag of dried corn I had forgotten about high up on a shelf). They removed the corn, treated again and now I'm bug free. So the lesson to be learned from this is: if you are going to have a pest control company, learn your pests! Castle was friendly and punctual, but they just didn't get the job done. Call Mid Cities instead!

Investigated cause of dirt and droppings in my garage. Determined to be from ants nesting near my cool water pipes. Spent 30 minutes looking and gathering facts, and flat out told me he wasn't sure and had to call his boss to figure out what it was. I'd prefer "I don't know" over "I'm guessing and here is a $300 bill" any day. Boss informed us both it was simply fire ants trying to get out of the heat using my cool water pipes. Paid for fire ant perimeter treatment and very pleased to find out it is not termites. They did not charge me for the consult so I essentially got 45 minutes of time, plus perimeter spray for $50, complete with honest answers and excellent work. Would recommend any day. Guy showed up 5 minutes early to our 12:30 appointment, always a huge bonus in my book. Honored the Angie's list $35 coupon on an $80 service.

He gave us a good price and they came out in a reasonable amount of time. My only concern is that I asked if he saw a lot of bugs and he said no. They were definitely there so I don’t know how thoroughly he inspected.

I noticed some flying insects inside one of our backrooms that appeared to be termites or carpenter ants. Called the company on Wednesday and had an appointment for the next day. The service technician arrived right on time and after checking the room and finding insects and evidence of a colony, it was determined that indeed it was termites. I was quoted a price and told that the office would call and set up a treatment time if I decided to do it. That afternoon, Tami called and when I told her that we found their company on Angie's list, she gave me a $300 discount. After answering all my questions, since we do have a cat, Tami said she would check with the owner to see when the treatment could be done. The next day she called and said the ten year warranty would only be good if they could foam around the plumbing inside of the house too, but that would increase the cost by $280 dollars, but they would give an additional $100 senior citizen discount for a total of $400. After discussing it and having all my questions answered, the treatment was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Right on time, three technicians arrived and after telling my wife and I exactly what they were going to do, we asked them to show us what the inside foaming would consist of. After they checked inside and assured us that the foaming would be no problem and would not harm the cat, we asked them to start on the outside while we cleared out under the sinks so they could do the foaming around the inside pipes. Two hours later they finished and insured we knew exactly what they did and answered any questions we had. Once a year, throughout the warranty, they will come back at no additional cost to inspect to be sure that there was no evidence of termites and would treat as needed. They also told us about the other pest control programs they offered and about a discount if we recommend their service to neighbors and friends that did use them. It was great to work with such professionals and would gladly recommend them to anyone that needs their type of service.

I chose Castle Termite & Pest Control because Chris, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable about termites and termite control. He showed me several places, including areas outside that I wasn't aware of, where they had been. He discussed why they appeared in certain places, and what to do to prevent them from appearing, including how Termidor would eliminate them and keep them away for a long time, which is why they gave a 10-year warranty with this service. I had interviewed a few other services but Chris pointed out things that others had not as well as answered all questions I had. Also, Chris was very confident in the effectiveness of Termidor, so that he doesn't require an annual inspection during the warranty period. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism and would recommend Castle Pest Control to others who want peace of mind regarding termites.

called to let me know they were running about 30 min late with traffic (always nice when a provider lets you know they will be late). showed up, sprayed inside and outside and did a great job. wore booties while in the house to keep it clean and let me know about the p roducts they were using. Friendly, great group here. Will use again in the future

Recommended from Angie's List and called. Offered program of coming 4 times per year without calling for reduced cost per visit that allows them to schedule in advance as they are in the neighborhood. 1 follow up call per year to extend for another year. No muss, no fuss, no bugs. Will return to treat affected areas as needed but not needed so far.

Castle Termite & Pest Control Company charged me what they said they would. Their prices are reasonable. Their technicians were nice people. They showed up on time. They were in fact early, that’s always a surprise. I was very happy with their service. I would use them again in the future.

The technician was very informative and explained everything he was going to do. He showed me some places that may create problems in the future and made recommendations to avoid any issues. He sprayed the inside and outside of my house and set some bait traps for the serious ant issue I was having. Within 3 days, the ants were completely gone. I signed up for ongoing service for a year and am very happy I did!

They were on time, very professional and explained the entire process. They used a chemical called Termador that they guarantee for 10 years and will come back at no change to check if needed. I have used them for my regular pest control service and have found them to be the Best.

I was satisfied with their services. The termites were dealt with. Their work included a ten-year warranty. I would definitely recommend getting a quote from them. I haven't run across another pest control company that offers a ten-year warranty.

They beat me there and arranged with the realtor to get into the house. They explained what they were doing and why and some warning signs to watch out for. I choose to go with them based on an inspectors referral and that they found the problem to begin with during the inspection.
