The technician was very pleasant, efficient and professional. He set traps in my attic and came back to check them promptly. Service provided matched the offer purchased.

Castle was on time and sprayed inside and outside. Killed all insects but some ants around two sinks. They came back and placed bait. Good job!! All gone.

They come out quickly, set traps and will come back on a scheduled visit or in between scheduled visits to empty traps. They are great to work with. Braden is wonderful

The young man that came was so courteous, friendly and professional. Even though I know he was very busy, he always took the time to talk and answer any questions I had. He wasn't pushy, didn't pressure me to get more services. Loved working with them! Will be calling them again soon for lawn service.

We have been using Castle Termite and Pest Control for 3/4 years now, We have no bugs, spiders etc, inside our home. With them spraying the outside it helps with those little critters coming in. If you still see any inside they will come and respray at no charge. Thank you Castle, see you soon.

After two weeks, nothing had happened. No raccoons, possums or cats. They closed the holes in the soffit but left the trap. After another two weeks, one raccoon was trapped and removed.

They came out the next day after I called them. Very prompt that day and each week after. He looked around my yard and house, evaluated what I needed. He has come back each week as scheduled. He is very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Well - they had to make numerous trips. Not completely finished yet, but following the plan they set out. Work is guaranteed for 12 months, which was a big deal to me.

The person has been by four or five times over the period; chasing the moles around and baiting the newly found areas with the plastic worms. However, it seems all the moles just move around and now they have moved into my front flower bed. I understand a large number of folks have been battling these creatures from May until now; probably because the amount of rain has loosened the soil and allowed more underground insects to get into the soil; the type these moles love to eat. In any case, the issue has not been resolved, but not for a lack of trying by the company.

Office staff is friendly and professional. The technician was on-time and did a thorough job treating our property for mosquitoes. The treatment was effective. We would definitely hire Castle again.

I recently moved into a new home and found a massive infestation of carpenter ants. I called Castle on a Wed. and made an appointment for the following Saturday. The tech called when he was on his way and showed up at the time he said he would. He educated us on the type of ants we had and treated for the carpenter ants. While he was there I also had him spray the entire house for general pest. That was two weeks ago and I am very happy to say that the treatment seems to have worked. No signs of ants or any other bugs in the house. Thank you Castle.

This company is great! They came to our home once a week to check the traps and added more when necessary. After removal of the rodents, they sealed up the holes in the drywall, so that we will hopefully not have this problem again. I will definitely call Castle again, if I run into this problem in the future!

Would definitely use the service again. They were very courteous and responsive. It was a really good experience.

It went as I would expect a pest control visit to go.

The team over at Castle Pest control were great to work with. They put out the traps and told my parents what they needed to know about the process and what to do when something was caught. Every time a possum was caught in the traps, Castle was quick to pick the trap up and set out a new one. The service level was great, very responsive, and now there's no possum problems. They would be the only team I would call for this kind of problem.

Gave an estimate based on a full inspection of the house. We had called them after seeing swarming termites in a bathroom. Mathew gave us an estimate of $1800 after measuring the perimeter of the house. The estimate also included spraying all the rooms for insects. The original proposal was to treat all around the outside of the house through"rodding" and" trenchig". Inside the plumbing behind each bathroom would be drilled through the foundation and pumped with the chemical. The other plumbing cavities would be sprayed with a liquid treatment. When I compared it to an estimate from a competitor I realized that his measurements of the perimeter in linear feet - on which the estimate is based on - was high by 30%. When I pointed this out Mathew could not explain why the linear foot measurements were off by such a large amount. However he lowered the estimate by $200, but at the same time eliminated the need to drill behind the plumbing of the master bathroom and restricted making a trench only on the side of the house where there was evidence of the termites instead of all around the house as originally proposed. So I am not sure if the $200 discount was because of the reduced work or as a compensation for a misquote based on a high perimeter footage Nevertheless, I chose to go along with the proposal. Mathew and his colleague arrived on time, they went about their work professionally and explained everything well and finished in a little over three hours.. Mathew explained that the warranty was good for 10 years and includes an annual inspection at my initiative. If they find evidence of termites it will be restricted to spot treatment only rather than a full treatment due to EPA restrictions

I just bought a house and was aware that there were small signs of termites. When we started moving in, there were a couple times that we saw a termite in the bathroom. I called Castle Termite and Pest Control to take care of this. The customer service was great. Chris Hoover showed up and inspected the outside of my house first then came inside. He found that there were minimal signs of termites in the area where my water heater is. He assured me that he would be able to take care of that with a spot treatment. He gave me great advice regarding termites and did not try to sell me more than what I needed. I also asked for the general pest treatment since I just started to move in and did not want to see any other bugs. He gave me a bid right away and I called to schedule an appointment for the next day.
