They did a great job.

Still have the issue.
Description of Work: They sold us 2 rodent black box's due to having an issue, one being placed in the garage. They never have returned or called us back. Went with another company and were informed that these boxes actually attract them.

Very pleased with entire process.

The owner himself came out and gave us a bid. He was very knowledgeable and a nice guy. They were a little more expensive than the other company we contacted. They use a different type of system that's an eco friendly bate system. We ended up not using this company because we found out our home warranty covered pest control. I really liked the fact that the owner himself does the work as well. I would consider hiring them in the future if their pries were more comparable to others companies that I contacted.

Michael Hoover (and his brother) own this company, and they're both the nicest guys you'd want to meet. Michael showed me all the invaders (blagh) and explained different kinds of treatments, what to expect, etc. I kept seeing creepies for a while because, as he had explained, the house had been abandoned. Fortunately, they were always dead...or on the way. Then, as promised, when the first quarterly treatment came around, they were at my home promptly (on a Saturday, too!), there was no lingering odor and they thoroughly treated my home, garage and yard for $75.00.
Description of Work: Castle was recommended to me by the man who inspected my home for purchase. Because the house had been foreclosed on and vacant for some time, and because the contractors treating for termite and pest infestation did an adequate but not a great job, I wanted Castle to do "the works" before I moved in. Michael gave me an estimate for three levels of termite control and an estimate for other pest control. I said I wanted the 10-year-guaranteed termite control and a thorough treatment of house/garage/attic/yard for everything that crawls, which he did the day before the movers arrived.

The thing I like most about this company is their communication and customer service. I find them also to be very personable and polite. As far as the rates go, I didn't have to sign a contract, so I pay them per visit.
