Description of Work: I had 2 services done the first one was very good the second one was a bad job on a new dishwasher plumbing job it leaked water all over the floor because the rubber was bad then next it sparked on the cord because it was put next to the door opening and closing had to go fix too I'm not too happy with second plumber errors even if he still fixed his errors.

Description of Work: I thought I had a leak in the house. They looked under the house. There was no leak. They did repair a stopped up toilet and fixed a stopped up sink.

Description of Work: They did not fix what I asked them to... they looked at the CAUSE for the low water pressure. I had several plumbers out, and only Premium was smart enough to look at WHY the water pressure was low. Sent pictures to my phone, and kept me in the loop of what he was doing. GENIUS JOB!!!

Description of Work: They first came out on Tuesday,April 28,2015. They gave us estimate of $575. They told us they would come back on Thursday,April 30. When given estimate they told us what the problem was. Who ever did the plumbing before we own the home, it was done incorrectly. Also previous owners had poured grease down the drains clogging up the pipes. My husband told them to fix the plumbing correctly so we would not have the problem in the future. They also cleaned out the pipes which were clogged up with grease. |

Description of Work: Had a drain backed up. Called on Sunday and was connected to an answering service. Someone called and we scheduled for someone to come out Monday evening. They never showed up, so I called and found out a plumber was never scheduled to come out. The lady was very apologetic and polite, but could only get someone to come out right then (after hours) for an additional fee ($150) on top of the minimum callout fee. The drain was overflowing my bathroom so I decided to do it myself using a snake from Lowes. Saved me about $300 plus. Seemed like a good company but didn't offer to make it right due to their scheduling mishap. Sorry, my trust is lost.

+ -1 moreI called several plumbers (this was after hours) while I was holding on to the faucet to stop the flow of water. PPC technician came within 30 min.; he had just walk in the door of his home when he got my call. (the others were too far away or unable to come). He heard my desperate cry for help. He was professional, friendly, and fix the problem. I will ask for him next time if I need a plumber and refer him to my friends.
Description of Work: Outside faucet blow and water was running down driveway. Fixed hose bibb and installed new washer, etc. and stopped water leak.
