They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. The plumber who came out was Darrel. He found the proper faucet for my old bathtub. He picked it up and installed it. He was professional and it looks beautiful. It works great and I would definitely use them again.

$75 just to come and "look" to give me an estimate. SERIOUSLY?!?! No thanks! People are trying to recover from a hurricane.

After getting all the paper work together, quoting me $54,100.00 and submitting everything they waited 2 weeks and sent me an email that they were not going to be able to do the job. They caused me 6 weeks of delays that cost approximately $62300.00. There bid was 4200.00 cheaper than the guys that did it. So I had to pay $4200.00 more and they never gave me a reason why they didn't want to do the job. I have called the owner, estimator, and office manager. The office manager told me that they could do whatever they wanted to do which is not true because we had a contract. They are a joke and unreliable. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They are getting ready to find out that I am suing them for the damages. Do not depend on them to do the job because you will get burned.

They were super nice, fast and seemed to do good. The man left... I turned on the washer and water went every where. I called they called him to come back. He called and told me to reattach the hose. We tried leaving messages and have never gotten a response back.

First they were on time! Assessed and explained what they were going to do. Replaced the hot water heater. . They updated the cold water supply tubing(it was a different size from the hot water supply tubing) and replaced the old cold water valve. Hooked up new hot water heater. Made sure we had hot water before they left. Cleaned up ALL of their stuff and hauled off the old hot water heater.

Our long time local plumber did not show up for two days so I looked on Angie's List and found this company. My call was answered by a pleasant, professional woman who took all of my information and said they had someone in our area who could help us today or early tomorrow. About 45 minutes later I received a call stating the plumber had completed his job early and could come by in about 15 minutes. I said great and he arrived on time. Alton was efficient, looked at the problem (toilet tank issues), gave me a price and immediately went to work. He had all the replacement pieces in his company van. It all took about 20 minutes and he was done. He even cleaned up after his work! Provided a detailed invoice and was very pleasant. What a blessing our old plumber did not show because if he had we would have never looked for another. Will DEFINATELY use this company in the future and highly recommend them.

Provider was prompt. He explained what needed to be done in a clear manner after he took the time to carefully look the situation over. He took time to get all the materials he needed to complete the job and he did it in a timely manner.

I actually found this company from using Angie's List. Alton was very cordial and prompt. He also put shoe covers on his shoes as he entered our home to keep it clean. I would highly recommend Premium Plumbing and will use their services again.

Sink clogs on & off. My husband clears it up, but it clogs up again. We do not put grease or other down the drain. I checked on Angie's list and based on ratings selected this provider. They contacted me immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. The serviceman was prompt, put on booties, and was very nice. He spent 2 hours here because he told me he wanted to clean the pipe out way into the yard so it would not get clogged again. He also verified that there are no cracks or breaks in the pipe due to old age, tree roots, etc. I will definitely use this provider again.

Second time using this company. Called to replace the toilet inlet valve and water closet flush mechanisms Arrived within an hour of calling. Neat, clean and very courteous technician. Pleasant but maintained strict focus on the job. Needed to leave for a few minutes to pick up a part. Returned is reasonable time. The inlet valve was replaced with a superior part. The tech took the time to show me the quality of this part before installing. Added a new polished escutcheon surround where the pipe exits the wall. New supply hose to the water tank. All clean, neat and in perfect working order. This was a Saturday call which means, time and a half. Used my 10% Angie's List discount to trim the price a bit. I know a plumber is not an inexpensive service. Now that I'm an old man, I. can't lift and pull anymore. Otherwise, me and the wife would've tackled the job. These folks are good at what they do so, I'll be happy to use them again

The plumber (Kurt) arrived promptly. He was very friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about his job. He got right to the job and had it finished to my satisfaction in hardly no time. He cleaned up the floor before he left and thanked me for the opportunity to be of service. I will most definitely use Premiere Plumbing again.

I wanted washer faucets replaced--old and corroded- looking like they're ready to pop. Raging rapids in my laundry room is a bad idea. Initial contact via phone was pleasant, courteous. No free estimates. Scheduled an appointment for the next day but, a call from dispatch stated the plumber could be out in a skinny minute. Minor delay because the plumber didn't have two faucets on the truck. Minor but unforeseen. Alton did the work. He's polite and professional. Over all job looks good. Time will tell about the long term repair life. Rating is an"A" all the way.

The dispatcher and plumbers were all very helpful and professional. They identified the source of the leak and repaired it. I was very pleased with their work, and I would not hesitate to call them again.

great! showed up on time did total replacement of sewer system and restored front and back yard to almost original. found broken water line next day. company responded immediatly and did not charge for water line repairs.

I called Premium Plumbing one day, they made an appointment at my requested time the next morning. I was called by the plumber the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He worked efficiently and quickly and I was off to work. I felt the price was competitive and fair.

I read the reviews here on Angie's list and gave them a call. After asking just a few questions, the lady said I would probably have to replace my water heater. She called the technicians, and scheduled a time to come over. This is one of the few experiences I have had where the service provider was at my house before me! Very punctual, very accomodating. The heater was replaced the next day, and each person who I have been in contact with has been extremely professional! I am very pleased with the level of service I received. The price quoted was the price paid! No hidden fees and they stand behind their work! Highly recommend!

Arrived on time, did excellent work came back to finish faucet next day (had a late afternoon appointment) and he double checked the waterman tip to make sure all was well. Our workman was awesome.
