I have gone back and checked our records and we offered to come out and bid the job with a 59 dollar travel fee that would be taken off the bill if we did the work. Description of Work: Nothing I called to see if I can get an estimate to rewire the whole house and the estimate is 59.00. I guess I have to get estimates to rewire a hole house with someone else then...my email is iwantvto@gmail.com and I am still looking for a price to rewire a hole house..and options...

We informed the customer that if we did the job we would wave the travel fee. Mister sparky is a service company and we do not usually rewire whole houses. We are willing to do estimates for free when we can work them in when we are in the area and do not make a special trip to job. The reason we and most contractors charge a travel fee is due to the cost of fuel and paying a drug tested, background checked employee.

Description of Work: The electrician did a whole house check, top to bottom. He installed an outlet for my over-the-range microwavehood. Unlike the handyman that was also there that said he needed me to go to Home Depot to purchase an outlet box this man did it in not time. He took me along with him exception the attic, he explained that I really needed to redo my electricals and bring everything up to code. I am sure the cost was the usual industry charge but it seemed a lot for one outlet. I will be doing a comparison and check with Angie's when I decide to get the work done. The work was done in Humble, Texas and I had already given them a review to their office over the phone.

Description of Work: Unlike the add here.....the estimate is NOT free....I tried to set it up for someone to come out to give me one...they want to charge 59.00 just to come out.....I got a blah blah blah how they are drug tested and all of that....but still....who wants to pay 59.00 just to get a estimate?? I will keep shopping thank you very much!

I am sorry about your inconvenience that you had while booking a call with us. At mister Sparky we will send out a background tested, drug tested licensed electrical technician in a completely stocked truck. Our technician upon arrival will check out the problem or service you need, and do an inspection of your current electrical system. After a complete inspection our technician will sit down with you and go over the options and give you our upfront price to the penny of the job. At Mister sparky we do give free estimates on remodels, new construction and big projects but not on small jobs that are completed at time of estimate.
