Description of Work: We had water leaking from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs kitchen and flooding the adjacent bedroom one night. Technician could not find a leak and kept trying to say my kid didn't close the shower curtain while showering. I told him repeatedly that she didn't even shower that night. Besides there was way too much water leaking and flooding to support that theory, but I felt he had formed his opinion and wasn't listening anymore. They also called at the time they were supposed to be there to say they were running late, then came 47 minutes late. |
