"When our AC system needed to be replaced Jon gave us an estimate and began work as soon as possible. We were out of town and our adult son was there to allow Jon and his crew to complete the work. Jon kept us informed every step of the way. We also had the upstairs duct work replaced which need to be replaced. When we returned home the completed work was well done as we expected. A few days before we arrived home the downstairs AC stopped working which Jon had installed. First chance he got came over and resolved the problem. Now that's how a family works together. Much appreciated Jon for jobs well done. Enjoy your day."

"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."
