Eric explained exactly what he would do and made a repair to one of the duct boxes that had a historical mold issue. He also made a recommendation to increase the size of one of my return grilles to help that room which was hot. He offered to come back to help balance the system with the dampers in each leg after the cooling season gets going. All of the ducts were raised which helps maneuverability in the attic. Cleanup was excellent and completed in one day as promised. Also included a dryer vent extension to my soffit which needed to be done long ago. Very professional job; would recommend them, a bit pricey worth the cost.
