Very professional and got the drain unclogged with a "snake." Scheduled to show up between 8 and 10am. Showed up at 8:30. Cleaned up under the sink when job completed.

Very good about keeping me informed. If they had problems they resolved immediately. It doesn't get better than that. Even if the owner is out, the owner will call back. Their office will call before appointments to let us know when they will be there and who will be there. I really appreciated that!

It went very well. Very professional.

They installed the line with shutoff valves and regulator and converted my LPG grill to natural gas. It was worth every penny to not haul a tank back and forth to refill and not run out of gas half way through my steaks! Very professional job, have used before and will use again.

Very late in coming out, way past appointment time. I had to put things off for that day. Found the problem which was a cracked tank. I thought with the fact that they were very late, the cost just to tell us we had a cracked tank was a bit excessive. They offered no advice nor any possible solutions to help solve our problem.

Choice Plumbers LLC came out to repair my leak the same day I called them. I asked him for an estimate for other work. He said he was going to email me the episode, but he never did. They didn't know it, but when they fixed the pipe that was leaking, they accidentally broke another pipe and I had additional water damage from that. The system was properly pressurized at the time, and we didn't know the other pipe was leaking until it was pressurized.

They did good. Their price was reasonable. It took me a couple of times to get a hold of them, and they were not here on time.

Justin does a great job. He actually came out and worked on my sewer line problem. He has been by a few times. He comes by and deals with my plumbing issues for me and he went over to my daughters' house and made sure that the water heater was hooked up and working right, just some general stuff. He does a great job. My best thing for him is that he answers his phone. I called three other companies and they did not answer their phone. They were a huge problem for me. Justin will even text me to let me know what's happening. He does such a good job and he will come out as many times as you need him for estimates and whatever if you have to change up your plans. He answers every question, every call and comes to every appointment. He contracts out so the job might cost a tad more. He is punctual.

All aspects of the job went well, including: 1. INITIAL PHONE CONVERSATION. Owner was courteous, professional, and seemed knowledgeable of materials, codes and procedures. Job cost and appointment time negotiation went smoothly. 2. WORK CREW - Prompt arrival time. - were friendly and courteous. - Didn't waste or slough off time. - Were job knowledgeable, conscientious, and skilled. 3. OVERALL IMPRESSION - I don't believe I could have been any more pleased with the total job than I was. Everything stated above is accurate. And, consider that the crew (Vernon and Bryant), performed this work in an attic, in early September, with a temperature of well above 100 degrees. They suffered, but remained diligent to the task. - They are both pleasant young men. As they were leaving the job site, I felt that I have made two new friends. 4. RECOMMENDATION - Yes, I would recommend Choice Plumbing to anyone who has a job of this scope.

They were extremely fast, clean, and worked with us on billing. Dustin, the owner is a really nice guy. I would like to add an update: I have used Choice Plumbers several times over the last year or so. Every single time, they are prompt, extremely courteous, work with me on payments and do stellar work. I highly recommend Choice Plumbers. They are TOP NOTCH plumbers. I wish all service companies had excellent service like these guys. Great job!!! I couldn't be happier.

Prompt, professional, polite. They removed their shoes when entering the house, used drop cloths, addressed my concerns, answered my questions, and completed work quickly. Very pleased with service.

I would recommend them. They were very diligent and got the work done, even though it was a holiday week. They showed up on time and worked long hours until the job was done. We had a family gathering coming up and we were concerned about getting our patio patched and they did a great job with that. They had to tear up some of our patio but they alleviated our concerns about how they were going to leave it. I definitely would use them again.
