Completely ignored us. They are too busy!!!? Unprofessional!

Went well. Was a little more difficult a job than any of us expected, but the plumbers stuck with it until problem was solved.

Prompt response, cleared the drain. Very satisfied, will use again.

Oscar came to our house to fix a sink that was backing up. He did a good job of fixing it and cleaned up afterwards too. We are very happy with the service. I would call them again.

As always they did a jamb up job, Water heater air vents were clogged with lint from the dryer and toilet had to be reset and new supply line

Flawless, they showed up the next morning around 8, called me with a quote and completed the work in a couple of hours.

Called at 8:30, team arrived at noon and was done by 2. Lady on the phone was very nice, explained what was the estimated costs and the process. She also followed up twice to make sure everything was aok. Plumbers worked efficiently in a difficult space (attic), did a great job and cleaned up after the heater was installed. They installed a high quality water heater and matched the mfg's warranty with a labor warranty. Great job and exceptional customer service.

This company I was very impressed,it started out that Dustin Eaton came out with a helper to run snake down tub drain, in doing so the old cast/lead pipes came apart. We had gotten City of Houston water supply and sewerage about 6 years ago and the tub was allways a problem. After he ran the snake, he said to his helper to run the water and he looked under the house ( Pier & Beam home) and said the pipe were leaking. Also seen that the toilet seal also appeared to be leaking. So I said lets fix it right and get it done. He quoted me on the spot of $1300.00, I thought that was a far price as it took 3 men working under house and dugging trench to connect pipe to existing pipe. They found a stump in that area where the line needed to go, they brought in extra help to get that out of way.Price never changed On his first visit I understood he had to charge me for the drain cleaning so that is the other $125.00 added to price. Everyone in office starting with the Lady ( Lets not forget the person making the the first appointment) that answered the phone to the servicemen get 5 STARS in my book.They even send me a thank you card via mail with a magnet for the refrig. You bet I will be using them again

I called regarding a problem with my water heater. The nice lady called me back right away and explained I should call the warrenty number on the actual water heater first before they came out and I'd have to pay a service fee. I didn't think of that since it's over a year old. However, she was absolutely correct! The issue was covered under the warranty. What a great company with high integrity! I will use them for sure when I do need plumbing help! thanks!

I highly recommend them! Everyone was very friendly Upfront, professional, and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable with the workers in my home while I was there and when I was away. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving every evening.

Very pleased with service and technician, Oscar Alvarado. Diagnosed all issues including electrical short in the disposal that was causing problems, made repairs quickly and was very professional and well mannered. Oscar was very knowledgeable and competent. Would definitely use again.

On time, friendly, informative, professional, fair. They came each day at the time they said they would. They did the work they said they were going to do. I've used this company several times for various things and have NEVER been disappointed.

It went well. Dustin knows his business and came out several times to address different issues. He stayed with the job until everything was completed to my satisfaction.

I called, and within 24 hours I had a plumber at the house fixing the problem. It was a quick, easy fix and they were very prompt and professional.

Great job and excellent followup! The exterior water pipe (with shut off connection) was broken and leaking water near the foundation of the house. Choice plumbers checked the lines, replaced the pipe and shut off, and returned the next day to check an apparent change in water pressure (which amounted to rust in the lines clogging a faucet. They even followed up with a phone call and a handwritten thank you note. That's customer service.

My 87 year old mother lives alone in Baytown and had drainage from washing machine backing up and flooding utility room. She had 2 plumbers her friends recommended to her out to look at it and both had the same solution; It was a dropped service and plumbing had to be re-routed to main line estimates where $2400 and "not over $3000". I don't live in Baytown but I told her to let me get on my Angie's list account and get one of their high rated companies to come take a look before we did anything further. I spoke with Stephanie when I called and she promptly had someone out the next morning. After trying unsuccessfully for almost 2 hours to unclog they set me up a new appointment to run a camera to see the actual problem before giving me a solution and cost. I spoke with the owner Justin before they came out and he talked me through what they would do on the next visit with the camera. Two men arrived for the second visit and my mother said they treated her very kindly and told her everything they where going to do; that made her very comfortable. After over two hours the plumbers told my mother they thought they had found and fixed the problem then spent the next 30 minuets testing and re-testing before they left with the problem solved. I received a call that afternoon from Stephanie talking me through he service call and explaining what they did to fix the problem without re-routing the drain lines to the city service. She asked me for an address to bill and I told her I would like to pay by credit card while on the call. Total bill for both calls $167. I had to make them take a $267 payment. A few days later I received a follow up call to see if there where any more problems and a few days after that my mother and I both received thank you cards for the business. I could not give a higher recommendation for any service company; fast service, great communication, incredible value and treated my mother kindly!

After receiving a call from them this morning and being told that it's too far from Baytown for them to come out to Dayton and that there are unfamiliar with my plumbing set up. I would highly recommend not using this company,

Our water heater started leaking, we mitigated the issue as best we could over the weekend. On Monday morning I started searching for a company to replace the water heater. I had heard about Angie's List and decided to give it a shot. The first company I called did not perform that service, although they were in my search list (please fix that). The second company had a small number of reviews but were all good, so I gave them a call. I was expecting to spend the entire day calling companies. But they, answered right away. I gave them the details, and they said they would need to call me back. Before I could move on to the next company to call, they called me back, gave me a good price, and said they could be out this morning between 10-12. I said OK. They arrived at 10:30, 5 minutes after someone from the office called me to tell me they were on the way. They laid down tarp over the carpet and went right to work. They were done by 12:30pm. Everything was installed professionally and correctly. They also called a couple of days later and asked me if everything was ok. I had never heard of this company before. But calling them on a Monday morning @ 8:00am and getting a water heater changed out by 12:30pm. is pretty darn good. I highly recommend using these guys, and using Angie's List.
