As stated, we didn't use the service but really was impressed with their response and bid.

I felt very comfortable with them from an experience standpoint. Their reviews on Angie's List were better than another company that I was considering. The gentleman who came out had been in the roofing business for 40 years.

the work was origanally to be done on Aug 27...but a man ,who did not speak English showed up,,I was speaking with him about the job,, I had questions,,when I realized we were not communicating,I called Wilson and told them of my problem,,,they recalled their man,,,,we were quits for the day... then I got a call,,,that Colt,the man who came out for the estimate ,,would come out and do the job... and he did,, I think it turned out well,,,and I have a feeling that, if there is a problem in the future,Wilson and Co. will take care of it...

Overall, Wilson Roofing Co. was prompt, professional, and completed the job in a quality manner. Our journey started when we noticed an interior leak by the fireplace. We called different roofers for estimates and many said we should check with our Insurance company as it looked like our roof had hail damage. We called our Insurance company (USAA) and they sent out an adjuster to take a look. Sure enough, we did qualify for a new roof. We decided to consult both Angie's List and USAA when trying to find a reliable, quality roofing company and we landed on Wilson as they were on both lists and received consistent high marks. We had an estimate from Wilson Roofing and the sales representative delivered samples to try on our roof. When we decided to upgrade to the HD shingles and a color we liked, we negotiated on the interior painting and bundled it all into one job. Wilson let us know when they were going to get started and we were prepared for their visit. A crew showed up in the morning, removed the old roof, and installed the new roof all in one day. It was quite a neat process to watch, although a bit loud at times. After the roof job and chimney fix were complete, they sent out the contractor to paint our interior and he was terrific. They were finished in about a week and we had our house back in better condition than before. We highly recommend Wilson Roofing and Mr. Robert's Painting and were very pleased by their work.

Had some roof damage. Someone came to give an estimate. I was thinking it might be time for a new roof and he came with all the information on my roof because it turns out that they were the roofers for my builder! He could have easily told me it was time for a new roof and I wouldn't have thought twice about it! The estimate was reasonable and they got the job done quickly.

It took a while to get it done. Bruce was very courteous. I was their first job and he checked back with me several times and he called promptly on his bill. He didn't want me to be alarmed if I found something wrong on my bill. He let me know what was going on every step of the way and what I needed to do to get things moving. Other people went off on a tangent and wanted to do things that just didn't make sense. My experience with Bruce Wilson Roofing in general was that if they thought they should cover it they too care of it, but I paid for that service and they were not the least expensive. I think it was a good value because it got done and I am getting a discount on my energy use. They were very responsive. They were very good with the exterior of my carport. They had to come back to re-nail part of it and they came back and fixed it properly. They were very good about being there when they said they were going to be.

This was perhaps one of the easiest projects I've done in years. I have used Wilson Roofing in the past and have been greatly pleased with the quality of their work. When I discovered the leak, I called Wilson's as soon as I was ready to get the project started. Ian came to look over the situation. He did a thorough look over from the ground and from the roof. He could not spot any obvious source and explained they would have to tear off some shinles to find the source but he had a good idea where to start. (Turned out he was right on the mark.) He gave me a best case scenario and price and told me what the fees would be should the problem turn out to be bigger than expected. He also gave me the option of having the roof redone in that area and that would come with a warranty. We were able to handle the paperwork over the computer. When I made my decision and signed the forms, the work was scheduled and done in a few days. The guys came out, did the work in a couple of hours and I didn't have to be there. They cleaned up well and that was that. The bid was $400 and fortunately there were no complication. I paid $400. Bottom line - I love these guys. They are friendly, professioinal, and right down to business. I have refered family and friends to them in the past and would do so again in a heart beat.

They were polite, punctual, and professional. Very easy to deal with. We will definitely use their services again, if needed.

This was by far one of the best companies that has ever done work on our house. I was very impressed by the efficiency and customer service. In April, I believe, I contacted them to come out and give me a bid to fix a leak around our fireplace. The rep came out and looked around, took pictures then talked to me about the various options. I learned that a section of my roof was older than the rest of my roof due to a skylight installation years ago before we owned the house (the pictures showed this). We discussed having the leak repaired, the shingles replaced and replacement of the vent hoods. Based on other bids and their attention to detail I felt their price was fair and decided to go with them. The supervisor (Ian) came out the day before they were to do the job to check out the site. He was polite and let me know everything that would happen during the installation. The next morning the crew arrived started working immediately, and were done around noon. The job site was exceptionally clean and they left no sign that they were there other than a new roof. The next day Ian came back to inspect the work (my husband also went on the roof to see and was very happy with the work).

They came when they said they would. They got the job done in a professional workman-like manner.

Service went very well. Ian (their supervisor) was prompt, professional and honest. While another roofing company recommended the entire roof be replaced Ian recommended a much cheaper solution. It worked well and looks fine. They also had to coordinate work schedules with other contractors and did so very well. Ian was great to work with.

Wilson was one of the few companies that came highly recommended by my insurance, and its price was extremely competitive and fair. They were very professional, they arrived on time, and they did a great job. Furthermore, they even took care of a pre-existing condition at no extra charge to me, and they returned a few months later to make repairs after a tree fell on the roof; again at not extra charge.

I found them on Angie’s List. I spent about $150 on the job. They were very prompt. However, the shingles that they put in were of the wrong color. I am not making a big deal, but I had to get somebody else to fix it right. I will not call this company again. I did not want to tell them about the issue. I will not use them again in the future because they should have been able to tell the difference with the tile color.

After determining the solution to the leak, Matt came out a couple of days later and completed the work. He was self-directed and did the job in less than one hour. We didn't notice any further leaks during a huge downpour the Monday following completion of the work, so we are very satisfied.

Wilson Roofing Co. says “we just want you to be happy” and they do everything they can to make sure that their customers are happy with new their roof! This is a professional organization. They worked very closely with my insurance company to make sure I received maximum insurance, which I did. They brought me many roof samples, and we had long discussions about the type of roof to install. They were patient with my indecision over which shingle to choose, and they also waited until the leaves finished falling to do the job. I finally selected Carriage House forest green, which takes specialized installation. They knew how to do it! They couldn’t have been more accommodating. Ian, the supervisor, was on the job daily. He inspected the work to make sure everything was done properly, and was careful to explain everything to me. A quality control supervisor came out again within a few weeks to double check the work. I have praise for both their professionalism and their service. It was a delight to work with them!

I had a great experience with Wilson Roofing. Their initial quote for the work was a little high, but when I spoke with them, they agreed to match the lower price I had been given. Their crew was friendly, professional, and arrived on time. Once they got up into the attic and started work, they realized that two of the three skylights were too big for the area (the diameter was too large and wouldn't fit between the rafters/joists/HVAC/etc). I wanted all three to be the same size for aesthetic reasons. No problem. They took back the larger sky lights (which were a special order) and had another employee pick up and deliver the smaller skylights. They were still able to complete the work on the same day.

Called them on Monday following a rare rain storm here in Austin and they came on time Tuesday morning. Within 10 minutes he showed me digital pictures on his camera of the 2 problem areas. I gave the OK and 20 minutes later it was done. Wilson Roofing did the Original work on my house when it was built in 2006 and the follow through was incredible...thank you.

The process was a breeze from start to finish. The estimate/negotiation process was smooth and easy. The scheduling process was good. It took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule. Wilson said they would be there between 7:30 and 8 and they were there a little before 7:30 both days. The crew showed up and attacked the job. There was a good size crew. I was told they planned to complete the job in 2 days. Most of the work was completed in 2 days with a little clean up on the third day. They worked 2 long hard days. Having a roof torn off is a messy job, but Wilson worked hard to keep things neat. There was at least on man cleaning up the entire time. I have plants and a deck with a hot tub on it surrounding the house. The crew took preventive measures to protect the plants, deck and tub. The roof looks great, but the real test of the workmanship will be when we get our next good rain. I will update once we get one. As it stands right now I would not hesitate to have Wilson do work for me again. Its now been over a year and we have had some good rain to evaluate the work done. I have seen no leaks so far. All is looking good. Its been almost 2 years and things are still great. We just had a heck of a wind storm and one of my roof vents had the cover blown off. I reported the problem to Wilson's after close of business on Tuesday and the issue was taken care of on Wednesday. I am sure they were busy following the storm. I think that is good service. Thank you!

They were outstanding! The price was competitive. The quality of the work was excellent. The scheduling was exactly when they said it would be. They answered all of my questions and were extremely courteous.

I spent around $8000. We had 3 or 4 boards which were damaged because of water and they showed it to me and asked if I needed them replaced. The team has been good. They have followed up before-hand to let me know what is going on. The area supervisor comes during the work and there is a follow up afterward. I had 12 people on the roof at once. They did the work, did it quickly, did a good job, cleaned up well and were very professional. They have done an excellent job, the price was reasonable and I rate them on the top. The price was very realistic. They did everything they said they would do. I have recommended them to others.

They had a good reputation around the neighborhood. I had to use them many years ago for another roof. This work went very well. The guys did an excellent job. One problem area was when the new roof was installed, it leaked around the skylights. It rained and we had a leak around the skylight, but they were on that like a dog with a bone. They came right back and worked on it until it was fixed. It was quite easy to get them out. They showed up immediately. Everything about them was excellent.

I have used them twice and they were excellent.

They did a good job, prompt, and kept the job site clean.

They sent someone the same day I called and fixed the leak within three business days. Excellent customer service. Quick response. Call them!

I met with the sales rep and then was assigned a field manager, Ian Brooks, who would be my liaison through the project. The crew arrived, installed the roof, it took all day and they finished just before a large storm moved in. Unfortunately, there was a slight mishap when they were working. Someone put their foot through my fiberglass overhang so when the storm started I had water cascading all over my porch. Ian Brooks came out immediately the next day and worked diligently to find someone to replace the corrugated panels. It was a time consuming, somewhat frustrating process but it eventually came together. I would have not been a fraction as patient about the situation if I had not been working with Ian. He was respectful and concerned with my satisfaction. He is an asset to Wilson's Roofing Company and I would recommend the company solely on this man's attitude and committment to service.
