I emailed Wilson Roofing requesting a quote. I received a quick response and we scheduled a onsite visit and I received a written quote shortly afterwards. After we agreed to go forward with the work - the only delay we had was caused by my insurance company. Wilson Roofing started the work on time and finished on time. Their employees were professional and let us know what to expect each step of the way. We also received a follow up visit 10 days after the work has been completed to make sure everything was done and that we were happy. Amazing service! I would certainly use them again without a doubt. I can recommend highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent roofing company.

The communication was excellent, even the owner called us. The installation was highly organized with four to five workers as the supervisor was watching. They left absolutely no mess behind. No nails, no debris, no mess. They used a magnetic device that would pick up any nails and other metal scraps from the ground to make sure everything was cleaned up.

Wilson roofing did a fine job. Highly recommended. At my request, they also provided a quote on repairing another questionable area on the roof.

Another fine job. Scheduling took a while since we kept getting rained out, but my roofer was in regular contact throughout. My roofer fixed the leak, pointed out an installation problem that might have contributed to the leak, touched up another area at no charge, and provided budgetary guidance for eventually replacing the entire roof. Wilson roofing is a pleasure to work with.

They were very good. They explained my problem, explained they would do to fix it. Price was the only issue I had.

They did a great job. The workers and management were easy to deal with and they finished the roof in the time estimated and did a great job. We've had roofing work before and the results were not always good, so we were happy with Wilson. Also, they had been recommended by our insurance carrier.

The folks at Wilson were great with the initial bid process and communication. I actually waited a couple years after the first quoting process to have the roof replaced, but they were quickly able to update their bid and add some minor service items to the detached garage roof as well. After a little mix-up on the start dates (somehow my account was incorrectly marked as "waiting for final go-ahead"), I called and they got me immediately into the schedule. The roofers were professional and quickly accommodating in the couple of instances that I needed to take my dogs into the back yard. In total the work took 3 days. My only lingering warning is that the "rolling magnet" that is typically quoted for use in the yard after the work is complete is not really that. It is meant to pick up metal scraps that aren't necessary visible, but the only magnet that I saw was a large hand-held item that required a worker to set it down in all areas that they remembered working. I've found a few sharp scraps since then that a full rolling metal magnet passing over larger areas would have found. Overall, I found working with Wilson to be a pleasant experience and the quality of their work is very good.

We recently had Wilson roofing replace the shingles on our roof. All of the work was done to a high and professional standard. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the site upon completion. There were some rotted sections of decking that needed to be replaced and the work was done well. The crew was was experienced and professional. There was a small section of fascia/drip edge that did not meet with their approval and they pulled up that section and re-did the shingles and fascia. A wilson rep has been back twice to look at the work. Excellent job.

Things went well. The job took a little over a day. The first night I came home, there was a lot of debris and nails on my driveway. I didn't mind the debris so much, but the nails weren't a good idea unless I was looking for a flat tire. I picked them up myself, not a huge deal. At the end of day 2, all the debris was cleaned up. The installation of the satellite dish was not done correctly. They say up front that you need to have your provider come out so I expected that it would be "laying there" for DirecTV to reinstall the dish. The dish was attached to the roof but the service guy said that the install was horrible and that he needed to remount the dish as the installation was going to lead to leaks. He took care of the reinstall and I called Wilson Roofing to have them fix the area where the old dish was removed. They were very nice about it, no issues in making that happen. My sales person was fairly responsive through the estimate process. However, he did not return my emails after the sale when I had the issue with the satellite dish. I finally just called the office and spoke to someone and it was taken care of within 3 days. That level of responsiveness was great! I had a good experience and my roof looks good. Hopefully it will rain again and I can give it a real test!

A leak around a roof vent created damage that required cutting out and replacing 3x3ft+ of damaged decking as well as replacing the vent and shingles. The two roofers took the time to properly address this smaller project. I have used them once before, and was pleased with their work again . Prompt and professional group.

They gave me a pretty thorough estimate. It was okay. I just haven’t decided if I want to do the work.

Roofing Repair & Fascia Replacement

I am very impressed with Wilson Roofing from the person who initially came to provide the estimate on replacement (Hill Adams) to the 6 man crew that actually replaced the roof. I received other bids but had heard about Wilson's reputation not only from my home inspector but friends who have used Wilson for their own roof replacements. Although Wilson was not the cheapest bid nor do they provide the longest warranty I decided to go with them based on reputation, customer service and reading Angie's List reviews. Mr. Wilson actually dropped the price of the original bid to come close to another bid after discussing it on the phone. I am grateful for that. I had a tight timeline to get the roof replaced and was concerned that with all the rain over the past few days I would get bumped but after expressing my concern they not only got it done within my time constraints but came a day earlier than they anticipated to get the work done. They also did a thorough and conscientious clean up at the end of the day cleaning up all debris and nails, etc. The only hiccup was misreading a measurement for one of my chimney caps but they are re-making and installing today. I am extremely pleased with how the roof has turned out and would highly recommend Wilson Roofing in the future.

They did a quality job. They were very responsive to phone calls. They worked with us on any questions we had. They did it in two days. We were extremely happy with them. There was no stress involved at all. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I used Angie's List and other internet resources to narrow down my list of vendors to Wilson Roofing (#1 on my list) and two others. I then used each vendor's web site to request an inspection of my roof for wind and hail damage and an estimate for replacement of my 19 year old 3-tab shingle roof. Hill Adams from Wilson Roofing called about two hours later and came to my house that afternoon, inspected the roof, verified that there was hail and wind damage, and recommended that I contact my insurance company (State Farm.) Hill said he would send me a written estimate and contract proposal by the following day (which he did.) I was contacted by a second company on my list within one day. A company rep came and inspected my roof and also found hail and wind damage. He gave me a verbal estimate of the cost to replace the roof. The third company did not contact me until after Wilson Roofing had replaced the roof. I contacted my State Farm agent (Ken Crone), an adjustor came out, inspected the roof and verified hail and wind damage to the roof and several window screens. He prepared an estimate and gave me an initial check for replacement of the roof. We signed a contract with Wilson Roofing including an upgrade from the 3-tab shingles to the dimensional shingle. The Wilson Roofing crew came on September 23 at about 8:00 am and finished the job by that afternoon. Ian Brooks was the Field Manager who was there that morning and also came by after the install. An inspector also came out after the install to check the roof from above and in the attic, and he also checked for nails in the yard. Wilson Roofing did an excellent job from initial contact, the reroof, and follow through afterward. I chose Wilson Roofing not just to do this one roof replacement but to be there for any future repairs or replacements, and I am confident that they will be there for me.

The old roof was properly removed and disposed of, paperwork regarding disposal provided. Needed repairs were performed correctly. A new composition roof was installed with very good workmanship. I was throughly satisfied.

An adjuster for my home insurance company viewed my roof and deemed it destroyed by the hail storm in April 2013. I contacted 3 contractors and received bids by each. This was the middle bid. I did visit their shop in person and had difficulty in finding it. I had not made an appointment (intentionally) with them. But once I found it, I found them to be very attentive to my questions. They did not ask for any money before the job started. I received the bill about 3-4 days after the job. They arrived exactly on time with all necessary materials. They did not use any of my household supplies to perform or clean up after this job. They stayed with the job and did not leave until it was done. Not aware of their lunch or other breaks. They cleaned up the area of all discarded materials. This included the many nails that would have been ordinarily missed, and these were picked up by a magnet. I received a visit from a man one week later who was there to inspect the roof and remove extra nails. No receipt or check list from him. He did remove extra nails. I did find a few more nails in the driveway days later. These extra nails did not cause a flat tire, and there was no new damage to my house. Rainfall has been inadequate in the last one month so cannot determine if there are any leaks. I asked for a Mechanic's Lien Release as part of our contract. Did not initially receive this, although my payment to them was confirmed. So I called them and got it about a week after payment. This job had a 5 year warranty in writing.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wilson Roofing. I was in good hands all the way from start to finish. They worked closely with my insurance company.....perfect work, perfect cleanup, on time, and wonderful communications. I did not have to micromanage or worry in any way. They even came back with a nail finder to pick up any stray metals....there were none The job was complete in 1 1/2 days and the approximate square footage was 3500 sq ft. The price was in line with the adjuster's estimates. My house is on a rugged sloped lot with difficult access. I am very, very pleased with Wilson Roofing and definely would use them again....tops in my book and I am a very picky person. Thank you, WR.

Im back at square one getting bids!

They were quick, clean, punctual and quiet.

Wilson Roofing was okay. Up front, they were very responsive answering my questions about solar tubes. We decided against the solar tubes, but we still had some roof work that needed to be done They replaced the missing shingles, and did some basic roof maintenance. That was fine. The problem came with the installation of a solar-powered attic fan. The installer ignored the installation instructions on the fan, and even told me ?the instructions don't really matter." Hmm?, I wondered. I called the solar fan company who told me that if the fan is improperly installed, that it will not ventilate the attic. I called Wilson Roofing and thus started a rather frustrating several weeks, attempting to get them to come fix the installation. After week 2 of waiting when their guy didn't bother to show up on Saturday for an appointment, I gave up. No call. No show up. I spoke with the manager on the phone who agreed to remove the solar fan installation charge of $350. from the bill. I thought that was fair. But, when the bill arrived, instead of removing the $350 charge, he'd ?discounted $50 for the fan.? I had to strongly insist that he honor the agreement we'd made on the phone days earlier. People seem to have good luck with Wilson, and I don't want to hurt their business, but on the other hand Angie's list only really works is people share both good, and not so good experiences. I hope they've addressed these problems. It seems like a professional firm, that tries not to be horrible to its customers. But this was a bad experience for us.

Wilson was referred to us by our insurance company (USAA) who appraised hail damage and recommended full replacement. Wilson responded quickly with a quote just under insurance company's estimate (on recommendation of insurance company I had shared a copy of the insurance company appraisal). Installation of new roof was delayed by rain but a crew of six+ removed hail damaged roof and gutters then installed new roof in just over a half a day. Gutter installation by sub-contractor did not take place for about 10 days but done quickly and well. Very please with result.

Everything went off very well. They dropped off samples for us to chose the color of the replacement shingles. The roof was replaced in one working day. Cody went over the charges with me in great detail and explained the work that would be done. Everything was done as planned. The crew at Wilson Roofing from the office staff, sales, to Mr Wilson himself were very professional and helpful.
