Description of Work: Removed ornamental window ledge, replaced / repaired rotted wood under lament, re-stuccoed exterior walls and repainted house exterior. Workers were professional. Finished work is very good.

Description of Work: Replaced roof, including decking. Replaced some rotten wood, but not one beam they had orally agreed to replace, probably because the man who bid on the job wasn't involved in the work.

Description of Work: After the hail storm we had several estimates. Insurance did cover some. Wilson was the only company who didn't ask what insurance would pay before giving us the estimate. One other company didn't want to write up an estimate unless we signed a contract first. Wilson's people came out after the job too to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Definitely feel they are honest people and if we needed roofing repairs or replacement in the future wouldn't even call anyone else. Job was done, clean up was done just as promised.

Description of Work: Replaced all shingles due to hail damage. Total time to complete job was 2 days. All debris and discarded materials were cleaned up and removed from my property. I've used this company a couple of times before and find their work to be excellent and this job was no exception to past performance.

Description of Work: Wilson Roofing sealed small areas in our roof that had allowed water to leak into our home. I used their website to put in a service request, expecting to get a phone call and have someone come out to talk with us about our particular problem. I was surprised when I found an estimate in my email without having had spoken with anyone. I called the office and asked them to send a person I could talk to. They did. Appointment went fine. The sales rep was thorough in hearing us out. I signed and emailed the estimation. The response I received back was that I would be contacted when they could come out. Several days later, I received an invoice. I thought it was a mistake. I learned that the crews had come to my property and had fixed our roof when no one was home. They did not tell me they were coming. I was upset this happened so the company sent out the sales rep that had come before to meet with me in person. He showed my husband and I the areas that had truly been fixed. The work was done soundly. The only reason I do not give them As on most categories is because, in my case, they were trying to be too efficient and were leaving the customer out of the communication loop! But all in all, I would use this company again. They did what they said they would do at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Tile roof repair (holes! not just a few misplaced tiles). They were the first to respond to our cries for help, provided an estimate and immediate emergency repairs (tornado), found matching tiles, and were acommodating to all my requests. EXCELLENT all the way around.

Description of Work: I found them on here and they did not disappoint. I had holes in my roof where critters had torn through. They repaired the damage and added mesh under the vents to help keep them out. It worked great!

They were quick to provide an estimate, quick to schedule, responsive to questions, and quick to perform work. The work crew was courteous and left the place clean when they were through. Have had one rain so far and no issues.

Description of Work: I contacted Wilsons twice beginning the last week of April. I used the email contact option was seeking an estimate for full roof replacement upgrading from shingles to metal. The receptionist called me the next day, was very pleasant and said she would get someone on it. I didnt hear anything for appx ten days so I called back. Again I was assured simeone would come out. That was over a week ago and no call or mail yet. I knew the price range I would be working with so I wasnt an uneducated buyer. I think perhaps people ask for metal and change their minds once they get the price, so perhaps the company did not believe I would actually contract for the service. Im having the job done by another company

Description of Work: They were very professional and responded quickly to my call. I had a leak in my roof and needed to figure out where the leak was coming from. The man looked at my roof and knew exactly what the issue was (nails had come out along a beam and water was leaking in through the nail holes). He then gave me a reasonable quote, BUT also explained that this would be an easy job to do myself if I would like to. He explained he would be happy to help, but that he would also tell me how to fix it free of charge. I greatly appreciated his candor and openness to explain to him how i could fix it myself, while also being happy to have his company do it.

Description of Work: I had a leak coming under the wall into the garage. Because we had recently had a hail storm I called Wilson roofing to see if that was the cause. The young man that came out to inspect the roof said that there was so much hail damage on the roof he thought the insurance company would replace the entire roof. He offered to replace only half the roof if that's all they would pay for. He also offered repairs, if they wouldn't pay for anything. The insurance adjuster came out and said there was no hail damage at all and he thought the leak was caused by "wind driven rain" getting up under the shingles. I called Freeman Roofing and they sent a supervisor to inspect the roof. He immediately thought it wasn't a roof leak at all, because the wall wasn't wet, it was coming from under the baseboard. He went up in the attic (which the other two didn't do) and said there was no water coming in there at all. He determined it was the AC leaking and charged me nothing. I had an AC co. come out and it was a clogged drain pipe - NO ROOF LEAK AT ALL. The owner of Wilson Roofing did call me to follow up, I told him all of the above and he was speechless. I strongly recommend the Freeman Roofing Company!

Description of Work: I am a realtor so have had lots of experience with roofing companies. If I have my choice I always use Wilson Roofing. They replaced my personal roof for me and as always did a very thorough job. There were some areas of flashing that were tricky to install and they brought in someone with special skills in that area to make sure the job was done 100% right at no extra charge to us. After the recent hail storm we called them and they came out promptly and checked our roof for us. They are wonderful before during and after the jobs and they stand behind their quality work.
