I have used these guys a few times now and I have to tell you that I believe honestly that they are the best in town, period. I would use the again for anything plumbing related. From the moment you pick up the phone to make an appointment to the day you receive the bill in the mail the entier process has been super. These guys ooze professionalism and their pricing is the icing on the cake.

I have been slowly rehabbing a 75 year old house with mystery plumbing. Over fifteen years I have had occasion to use at least four different plumbers, none of whom seemed to do a very good job, and who often left me with more problems. This particular problem had been botched by another plumber who, although paid, never completely fixed the leak and left a big muddy mess, including handprints all over the back of the stucco house. I cut my losses and consulted Angie's List, read every review, and chose Wilson Plumbing. They fit me into the schedule that day; the man who came out was very polite and knowledgable and got the job done. I highly recommend this company.

Wilson Plumbing was great. I coordinated with them to fix a toilet issue at the house my son was renting. They were great. Got the job done when they said and the price was reasonable. The best part is they billed me after the fact rather than demanding a credit card. it's nice to know there are companies that still do business the old fashioned way on trust. I have used Wilson Plumbing for a number of jobs in the past year. I bought a new house and it has required a number of upgrades. My contractor recommended Wilson Plumbing and I am happy he did. Wilson staff are punctual and professional. I plan to use them again in the future.

Friendly and efficient dispatcher. Plumber arrived on time and didn't take a break during the 2 hour visit. He repaired turn off valves and installed Kitchen Faucet, and Hose valve in Garage. Work was neat and appeared solid. A satisfying experience.

I called on a Sunday. I promptly received a call back on Monday morning. The scheduler was very thorough. He told me all of my options on new garbage disposals and we decided which one was best for me. He then said that he could bring one or I could save some money and pick one up from Home Depot. I picked it up on Monday. The installer arrived ON TIME between 8-8:30 on Tuesday and installed it in less than one hour. I was very impressed and will be contacting Wilson Plumbing in the future.

It went fantastically. I was referred to Wilson Plumbing after having 2 bad experiences with previous plumbers. He was here for over 5 hours and did an excellent job. Wilson plumbing was professional from the get go. Their hourly rates are at the top end but they are worth every penny. Later when I noticed the shower water lever went from a direction a didn't prefer they came back immediately and turned it the other way. The new valves under the sink and toilet that turn off the water supply turn off w/ a quarter turn instead of many turns which makes it much easier for my hands when they hurt. I will use only them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

It was a positive experience. They were friendly. The way that I knew to call them was that they had worked on job sites where I had worked as an electrician. They were friendly to me on the job sites. It was good quality work. Their responsiveness was pretty good. I don’t remember if they were punctual or not.

I think Wilson Plumbing is probably the best plumbing contractor in the Austin area. Of all the problems they had to fix (and there were a lot of them) there was not a single problem for which they didn't know exactly what they needed to do. Terry Wilson is the 3rd generation owner and master plumber. He oversaw the work. The two men that he had on the job were punctual and professional. This is a 6,000 sqft, $2 million home and Wilson Plumbing did a job that was done correctly and has taken care of all the plumbing problems that I otherwise would have had.

I requested estimates from three different plumbers on Angie's list for work on two slow drains - kitchen and bathtub - and a toilet that didn't fill properly after flushing. Two estimates, including Wilson Plumbing, were about the same, and one was quite a bit higher. I discarded the high estimate, and chose Wilson for three main reasons: their plumbers all have several years of experience, the company isn't part of a chain, nor does it boast a huge staff (I've discovered with the chains and large-scale businesses, accountability and attention to detail seems to get lost along the way), and I was impressed by Terry's professionalism and courtesy when we discussed my problems and set up the appointment. Chris was assigned to do the work for me. He arrived promptly, took care to keep my floors and the work areas clean, and was efficient and knowledgeable. He had everything with him he needed to do all the work, and didn't need to make a trip to the plumbing store (on my dime!) as my previous plumber did. I thought I would need to have both drains cleared, but Chris diagnosed the problem in my kitchen sink as related to my garbage disposal, and showed my how to avoid problems in the future by regularly running the disposal. The plumber who worked on the problem previously didn't understand the cause of my problem, and provided only a temporary fix at a price tag of over $100. I applaud Chris' expertise in diagnosing and fixing the problem. While Chris was working on the sink, he also noticed a problem with the drain assembly and repaired it immediately, even though it wasn't on my original list of concerns. He was familiar with the toilet problem and fixed it by replacing some key parts. My experience with Wilson Plumbing was excellent. Their employees outstanding in service and skill - and they're friendly, to boot! - their service was timely and their prices are fair and reasonable.

It all went well. I thought they were very friendly and professional, and they explained everything well. I would definitely use them again.

Very well. The schedule unfortunately was adversely affected by a severe freeze just before our job was to start, and then Terry's crew was temporarily unavailable as a flu ravaged his staff for a few days, but they communicated with us very well about the delays, and it was clear they gave their best effort to complete the job as soon as possible.

Everything went well. They were prompt and explained their work very well, too.

Chris came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took a look at my problem. Went to get the equipment to snake the pipe. Once he started through the outside drain access, the clogged pipe released and the sink was able to darin properly.

Excellent work - Wilson Plumbing will be my first choice next time I do plumbing repairs or renovations. Very very courteous, friendly, and professional. I'm very pleased with the work both while it was being done and with the outcome. [note: I thought I submitted a report right after the work was done, but I don't see it online, and want to be sure I do have a positive report on the site.]

The result was probably the most amazing experience we have had with such a procedure. The service man arrived about 30 minutes after our call and went straight to his work. And within slightly less than an hour he had solved out problem. Beyond being prompt and efficient, he was very respectful of our premises, being careful to don slipcovers on his muddy shoes before he entered our house. Needless to say we would call the company again and would recommend them highly to others.

I cannot say enough nice things about Wilson Plumbing! They are fantastic. We had a *very* large plumbing job on our house built in 1960. The house had originally been built with cast iron waste pipes, which had begun to rust and crumble. We needed all new waste water pipes (about 80 feet). Plus, we needed some inside work done also. All told, this was about a $12K project. Terri Wilson and his staff were extremely courteous and friendly in our interactions. They always answer the office phone, and almost always someone was immediately available to discuss questions and concerns. Terri Wilson was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the project and its issues in detail. He was able to break things down into layperson terms that I could understand. This was a tremendous help, because this was a complicated project. Additionally, he was able to tell me what parts of the job didn?t need to be done right away. In several instances he encouraged me to not do some unnecessary work. The work was completed on time, and the plumbers always showed up when they said they would. Terri Wilson was very punctual to all our appointments. Wilson Plumbing is not the cheapest company, but you get what you pay for in this instance. They were not the most expensive estimate, either. Wilson Plumbing was the only company (among 4 interviewed) to break down all costs and let me know exactly what I would be paying for each part of the job. I highly recommend Wilson Plumbing.

They provide an excellent service. They understand older home plumbing issues.

I called and asked about service call fees and was told that they bill on time. The technician came out for 10 minutes, and I was charged $65 for a service call, which seems a bit excessive to me.
