As always, the representative showed up on time and was skilled and professional. He was tidy, knowledgeable and detail oriented and did a great job. He was not our usual Wilson Plumbing rep. but was just as terrific. We have only ever had an excellent experience with Wilson plumbing and recommend them highly. May not be the lowest cost provider, but well worth every penny.

Wilson Plumbing was booked for the day but referred another company who was able to repair our system. We are grateful for their courteous professionalism and would use them if needed in the future.

I left a message for Wilson Plumbing when my water heater failed during the christmas holiday period. They promptly returned my call and provided a quote for replacing the heater. They seemed more responsive and knowledgeable than another company with a similar quote, so I went ahead with them. Wilson's team showed up on time, did a fine job, and cleaned up well. Later on I had a couple of callbacks on this job. First was a few months later when I noticed that the flue vent had insufficient clearance from the roof deck - which they promptly fixed at no charge. Second was when I found standing water in the heater pan. I left a message after hours. They replied first thing in the morning and had someone onsite to check it out by 10am under warranty. They diagnosed the problem as wind-driven rain through the vent, which did not require any repair.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work that was done and wouldn't hesitate to call Wilson Plumbing again for bigger jobs.

They're busy, but the wait was worth it. Their estimate was also more than the other one I received, but after talking to Terry, the owner, talking to the plumbers on the day the work began, and inspecting their work, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They do quality work and are very knowledgeable. One of the best contractors I've encountered in Austin. No question. I'd definitely recommend them.

They were great, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They showed up on time and the communication between when they are going to show up, they are perfect. He recommended extensively to fix some of the problems rather than try to sell me all new items, that was economy plumbing.

For $410, I could have had new toilet installed. Instead, I paid for 2.75 hours of labor and $94 in parts to fix an old toilet that never flushed properly (and still doesn't). The toilet only flushes if you hold down the lever for several seconds, and it still can't flush solids properly. Most likely, it is just a poor quality toilet, which is why it would have been nice to have been advised that we should just replace it (for less money) than trying to fix it.

My experience with them was very pleasant. Mr. Wilson came out and looked at the house. He probably couldn’t charge me a lot more for work that wasn’t needed. He explained a few things and scheduled a repair. He did cut holes in the wall, cut the manifolds and pressure tested each line. He found the line that was leaking and then rerouted that. I had used him on a subsequent repair.

Fortunately, he diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the toilet valves which stopped the noise.

Cut out bad section of pipe and silver soldered in new section. Installed P-trap and shower drain." | |A little pricey, but they were upfront about it and there were no hidden charges. Total charge was quite reasonable considering the length of time they were here and what they had to do.

Response was professional with no cost estimate

He tried to snake it twice and was unable to make the water drain faster. I was still charged for his visit, yet the problem was not found or resolved.. Another plumber came out and noted there was an issue with thte drain not being installed correctly. That company found the problem and resolved it. Wilson Plumbing was friendly, punctual and professional but were unable to diagnose or fix the problem.

We called Wilson Plumbing about a faucet that would not shut off. He came out promptly, made the repairs quickly and efficiently, and was very courteous and professional. We will definitely call them again as needed.

They were very very good. They came out and discussed what needed to be done. He worked quickly and got it done with out a hitch. The charge was reasonable.

The plumber did a good job with the exception of our countertop being cracked which they took care of. They were great with communication-

We made an appointment and they came and checked out the garbage disposable. He came and checked the disposable and installed a new one. They called before they came and they were very nice to work with.

On Saturday evening, I had the water pipe that comes from the water main up to my house burst. The break was near the side of my house. I was able to turn off the water at the meter using a tool that I had purchased from Home Depot. Now the question was 1) Do I call one of the emergency plumbers or 2) wait for Wilson Plumbing - who I have used before - to come on line on Monday? Knowing that the line to the street could be a major plumbing job, I decided that it was best to wait for someone I could trust. So Monday morning, at 7:01 AM, I called over to Wilson Plumbing. The guy who answered the phone was very professional, knowledgeable, and really cared about helping me with my problem. He said he could have someone over to help in the morning. I thought that meant by noon, but no, it meant before 8:30 AM. 8:05 AM, there is a knock at the door. Two guys showed up with a shovel and an attitude that there is no problem with a pipe that they could not take care of. They immediately get to work and find the problem section of pipe. They reassure me that this is a job that can be done without having to replace the whole line. They explained the fix and then moved on to address the problem. After another 45 minutes, they were done. The team then came in and checked the faucets to make sure there was no calcium deposits blocking the lines. They addressed one problem in kitchen sink and then we were wrapped up. Overall, excellent work. I am very happy I waited for the best to come on line Monday AM.

The crew did a good job replacing pipes in an occupied house with minimal disruption. Their work was clean and needed and worked well without exception.

I was satisfied with the repair work. Their prices were competitive. What really mattered to me was that I am looking for someone I can trust. And also that I was saved from having the headache of doing the repairs myself. My time is valuable too. It would have cost me more (due loss of wages) to do the repairs myself!

Experience with Wilson plumbing was great. They sent a master plumber out the next day and he was able to quickly install the new garbage disposal and even make some minor repairs to a RO water fileter system that had been incorrectly installed by another company. Plumber was very skilled, knowledge, and friendly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Having just purchased a new home I was aware of several plumbing issues. I found Wilson's on here and gave them a call. They were offered me appoints the very next day. I was at work while they looked over my plumbing, they then called to inform me that the work I thought I needed was not correct. They explained that my bathroom pipe was leaking and needed to be fixed ASAP, they offered to do it right then. The estimated price was $550. I recieved a call a few hours later where they informed that the work had been completed and since they could do it quickly I saved on labor and the bill would be closer to $300. Such a wonderful surprise! The only word of caution I have is they told me that a kitchen pipe was leaking and I have had other plumbers come to confirm this and tell me if it was leaking it was nothing substation enough to replace.

Discovered a minor flood under my kitchen sink. The right side half of a double sink. Determined the leak occurred only where there was water standing for a while in that right side half. Went to Angie's List. Found very good reviews and coupon for Wilson Plumbing. Went to Wilson Plumbing website. Liked everything I read there. Called Wilson. Set up appointment. Fellow I spoke to in doing this was very efficient and obviously proud of the company. Went back to sink. Hauled everything out from under. Set up portable fans to blow into the area flooded and just left them on. Master Plumber Jay arrived in a couple of days (I had told Wilson the situation was under control and so was able to schedule their arrival at my convenience and not pay for after hours / weekend visit). Problem area was dry by the time Jay arrived. Jay introduced himself, double checked what the problem was with me. And then started to work.

I called and left message at Wilson Plumbing on Sunday night when my sink was clogged and disposal didn't work. They called me back early next morning and were at the house a few hours later. I was willing to install new disposal, but Jay assured me he could fix it and he did. Great service and I will definately use Wilson Plumbing from now on!

The plumber came when they said he was coming. He was polite and professional. went to work and finished the job beautifully. I am so pleased with the entire service.
