Description of Work: Cleaned the windows, inside and out. Powersprayed the patio. |I think we had a bit of a misunderstanding about the price.I will make sure it is in writing next time. Other than that, the job was done well.

Description of Work: We hired Westlake power Washing to wash our side walks, driveway and some of the stone work. We also wanted out 3 decks cleaned. The technician assured me that he would not use a strong force with the washer. However when the job was complete and the wood had dried we were left with much of the deck surfaces without stain!. He took if down to the bare wood. After calling Westlake we were told that this happens when stain is not applied properly. I had my doubts. The owner quoted us a price to re-stain the deck which was way out of line. It did not include the staining material either. I gave them the benifit of the doubt and have not posted a rating until now. My husband re-stained the decks himself just as he always had and looked great. He has since power washed them himself this past week and all the stain is still there! We believe Westlake used way too much pressure on our decks and we were left with a very unattractive mess. We wanted them cleaned because we were having a party so you can imagine our disappointment. Also Westlake should have sent 2 technicians instead of one. It was too much work for just one person.

Description of Work: They can out and did a great job power washing my pool patio. The also power washed the walkway around my house. I would definitely use them again.
