Very pleased with the results. Johnny and Zach removed dirt, mold, mildew and debris from all surfaces. The vinyl siding looks like new. Also, they treated all surfaces with a mildewcide to prevent future buildup. Windows and screens were thoroughly cleaned. Great job all around and staff are courteous, professional, careful not to damage anything, and provide good customer service.

I have a large walk-in shower with marble and travertine. My bathroom is all travertine as well. Over the years, because I never re-sealed the shower or bathroom, I developed a bad black mold problem. In fact, the mold had not only discolored most of the grout and caulk, it had discolored some of the travertine. I thought I would have to end up not only regrouting the entire shower (which would have been a nightmare given all the grout lines I have on the marble floor) but also replacing some of the stone. Well, problem solved. Westlake HCS cleaned the stone and grout so thoroughly that the shower looks like the condition it was in after it was built. In other words, basically new. The only issue is that the mold had discolored some of the grout and caulk lines so badly that they remain discolored. But I can regrout a few lines with no problem. Basically, I was stunned at how good the entire bathroom looked when they were done. The crew arrived exactly on time and scrubbed the entire bathroom inch by inch. They also added an anti-mold chemical. It took a while, but I expected that. The price was amazing considering the extent of the problem. Essentially, I paid $180 or so for a new bathroom; fine by me. I can't recommend this company enough. Job extremely well done! By the way, it's now Westlake Home and Commercial Services, not Westlake Power Washing.

Everything went great. The house looks fabulous and the windows sparkle. It had been a few years since the last time we had this done and we were getting a lot of green sludge on the masonry from all the rain this spring, plus the siding was really dingy. Looks brand new now. The only ding I had to give them was that I reached out to them via their website "request a quote" page and never got a response. I had to actually call to arrange services. Once I called, they were very responsive.

They did a great job! Our driveway is 1980s vintage and had never been cleaned before. After finishing it looked almost like new concrete. The patios look new and the windows also look good (no streaking). Service was professional and timely.

Westlake Power Washing was great. They were all over things from the initial call, through the quote, to scheduling the work and then completing the work. It rained the day they were suppose to do the initial work and they called the day before to give me a heads up that it may be delayed. The work they did was as quoted and outline. Very professional and would use again.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. I was in a bind to get my home on the market fast and Westlake Powerwashing stepped up in a big way. They went above and beyond to make it happen in my tiny time period that I had to work with. The crew showed up a few minutes ahead of time and even helped clear a few things off my driveway because my landscaping crew was running late. They were professional, friendly and did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend them!

The "team" showed up with two men instead of five, both very nice. They began working and it became apparent that they were over their heads from a personnel standpoint (three were "sick"). During the power wash they actually sprayed into the fans shorting one out (we and they saw the light short out) and apparently sprayed the wooden garage doors with bleach as they bleached them out despite my warning them. They were going to skip cleaning the chimney and we made them do it anyway. They cleaned the windows but left out some screens and forgot to close one window. We found this after they left late that night (it was dark). As I mentioned, both men were professional but just overwhelmed and we've had to do the "clean up" of damage fans and garage doors.

My wife indicated that the folks showed up as scheduled, completed what we'd agreed upon, and were in and out in a reasonable period of time. The kitchen window was so clear, I'd thought they'd left it open. They cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving. Over all I have no complaints. The only question I was left with was price; did I pay too much? I didn't do any comparison shopping since we needed it done ASAP, they got right on it, and did a good job....bottom line is I think I got what I paid for. A bit of serendipity occurred the night before when I got an unsolicited call from a rival company (how would they have known) that offered to do the job for about 70% of the original estimate. I was tempted but felt that backing out at the 11th hour would be unethical. Still I wonder how the cut-rate job would have stacked up against the one I got.

They never showed up to do the work. Did not apologize for not showing up.

We purchased a previously owned home and Westlake Powerwashing cleaned the windows - inside and out. They did a great job and the windows were sparkling - it looked like a new house. The staff is very professional and very careful about the work they do. I would recommend them to anyone needing window washing services. They also were very good about cleaning up after themselves before they left.

They did a decent job overall with very good customer service. Payment wasn't required until after the job was completed and we got a chance to see it the next day. They had informed us ahead of time that they may not be able to remove all of the stain and in fact, they weren't able to remove all of it. They estimated that at minimum they could get 90-95%of it out and it seems to us they got more like 80-85% of it out, but they may not have been able to do anymore without damaging the brick. They were a bit more pricier than other power washing companies in the area, but all in all, we had a good experience with this company.

. When they pressure washed the sidings they washed the plants and did not smudge it. They were very careful with our plants. We have had other companies before them who smudged our plants. They cleaned the siding of the chimney. When we did it we could not get to it. They got up to the chimney and the chimney was done very well as the smoke goes on that and we were unable to do that. They cleaned the mold along with the other molds. We would use them in the future.

I met with Westlake Powerwashing and received an estimate for cleaning the pool deck wall and stairs. The Job was quoted at 350.00. It was explained to me that they were more expensive that the others because of the care they took and the equipment and treatment they used that would get rid of all the mold stain on the stone. The steam and lower pressure "will not tear up the stone and the grout". As the young man left he gave me a coupon for $50.00 of the job. He said give it to the guys and they will adjust the bill. The crew of three showed up the next day on time and got right to work. I didn't watch them too closely but I did hear the equipment going and smelt the bleach. The work took a couple of hours. Upon completion the stains were all still on the deck. I was told they would never come up. (To my embarssment, a little time and toilet cleaner takes them right up!) My pool was a murky gray mess--you couldn't even see the bottom. One of the young men said pool companies don't like them too much. I was presented with my bill --$350.00 + tax. I said great--take off the $50.. for the coupon and I'll write you a check. I was assured that the coupon was already reflected in the bill although there is nothing on the bill to reflect the discount. I found myself at a disadvantage and did not argue with the three men in my drive way. I paid the $378.50. I was less pleased when I discovered my pool cleaning equipment in my bushes and flower pots thrown over the fence. My porch was covered with mess from the flower beds below and slowly my pool wasn't working properly. By later that afternoon the pool was shut down. I have had it serviced twice in the last four days. We had to flush water lines break down and rebuild valves. Stone and mortar chips were everywhere. This should not have to be a necessary expense for a little powerwashing by the company who said it was careful and gentle to the patio.
