The service and professionalism could not have been better. He even came within 30 minutes one afternoon when one of the beasties got into the house. We seem to be pest free now and he guarantees his work for one year. We are very pleased.

Great first impression and work, but went downhill somewhat. On one occasion he didn't respond to my call when I left a message and said we still had something in the attic. Then he also didn't show back up at the next appointed time without being called. When he returned it was over a week after he said he would and he offered no explanation. We had something die in the attic (our fault with poison) but he never was able to do anything about finding it. We really did like him in the beginning but we felt he didn't follow through towards the end. To their credit they did come out several times. I said I wouldn't use him again on this form, but that's more because I'd probably try someone else after this experience, not that I'd say they did a terrible job in all aspects. If they had been more responsive on a couple of occasions and done more to find what was dead, we'd have been happy otherwise. They are professional and courteous.

Our experience with Ernest was very satisfying. We like to work with local companies that are professional and customer service oriented. We have hired Waterloo Pest Management for our rental properties.

I am a Realtor who had a vacant listing with an extreme flea infestation. I called Waterloo Pest Control, and asked for service/treatment as soon as possible, as the home could not be marketed or shown until the flea situation was remedied. Earnest's schedule was full but he went out of his way to accomodate me. The fleas in that house were so bad, that he had to fight his way through the fleas to treat! He did an excellent job at a very fair price, particularly considering the extent of the problem and the size of the house. He also retreated 21 days later (at no additional charge) to be sure all those horrible little devils were dead! I was most impressed with his willingness to help, the fair price, and prompt response. I will use him again and again!!

I live in a four unit condo. A racoon entered and died over one of the units. Waterloo came out several times to try and locate the odor source. While they were unable to pinpoint it, they were very courteous and helpful. We were grateful they came so quickly. They sealed all the entry points for what we felt was a reasonable cost.

They came out the next morning and performed the work on the spot for a reasonable price. They were friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use them again.

From start to finish a good experience. Ernest completely explained everything he was proposing to do. He gave me a fair quote. He was timely and detailed in his work. He returned to do follow up as agreed. This is pretty cut and dried service but he did everything he said he would do and at a fair price

This is the third home I have hired Waterloo to perform pest control. We just moved into a new home and had no idea there was a pest problem. We called Waterloo and Ernest was willing to come our to our new home on a Sunday to help get things under control. He was thorough and spent about 2 1/2 hours in the house and yard treating for every kind of pest. Afterwards explained everything he had done. The price was very reasonable and so are the quarterly service rates. He even helped us with a few things around our new house that we weren't familiar with. I highly recommend Waterloo.

Horrible experience. First, Waterloo insisted on being paid upfront. (I did only because they were so highly rated on Angies List!) Was not puctual - put traps in but did not show up in a couple of days (as scheduled) to check on them. Never closed the holes through which the squirrels get in and out. Over five (5) months later, the work is still NOT COMPLETE. Will not even return calls. Please dont make the same mistake I did - AVOID WATERLOO PEST MANAGEMENT.

This is not the first time we have had Ernest and company out, he did an inspection for us when we bought the house and a preventative termite treatment for the deck where it touched the house. He was a pleasure to work with in every instance and we do not hesistate to call waterloo for all our pest control needs. They're prices seem very reasonable, especially when you figure in the multiple service discount. Where these guys really excel is customer service. Ernest took the time to go over everything with us and fielded our many, many questions. We highly recommend Waterloo.

I signed a one year contract with them. The treatment wasn?t very effective and the pests kept coming back. We had to keep calling to have them clear the traps but the pests were still being a problem. I finally had to rip out the whole bathroom and replace it. They are nice and they came out when I called them, but they never really reported back to me about what was or was not happening.

After a somewhat rocky start (Ernest had difficulty following up on trap servicing due to heavier than expected work load) but once these difficulties were overcome, he paid attention to our needs and we trapped 3 raccoons. I was satisfied with service and price. Ernest lived up to his commitments.

Ernest checked for rats in my attic, I believe he set traps and removed one or two of the intruders. He found where they had gotten in and fixed the hole, also as I recall. He sprayed for bugs, and I have not had any for almost a year since then. Thinking of calling them back right now since I saw a bug the other day but that was the first for a long time. His office called months ago (sometime after the visit) to see if I needed a follow up which I appreciated. Didn't need one then but will call again now (couldn't afford regular visits and they were courteous and fine about that). VERY nice people, excellent work.

I initially called Ernest because I was worried about termites. He did an inspection and didn't find any evidence of termites, but explained that I might have seen a winged ant. He was very knowledgeable and willing to talk about any problems we might have, but didn't try to sell us any service we didn't need. He showed me chewing marks near our roof and suggested a rodent exclusion service, to keep squirrels out, which seemed reasonable. We also were tired of ants and mosquitoes so he recommended a couple of services to treat those. He and an employee came back later and completed all of the treatments quickly. He made suggestions for upkeep of the yard and trees to reduce possibility of termite or other problems in the future. Since the treatments we have seen almost no insects in the house.

It went great. We had to wait for rain to quit to do treatment and they were in contact with us every day until they could do the service. They are very professional. We will definitely use them again.

I purchased a full year of pest control maintenance. It went well. I ended up having some termite issues. I let him know that and he came back while they were fixing the termite damage, they treated the materials to try and prevent any further problems.

Waterloo was a great experience. They promptly returned all calls (I always got voicemail) and Ernest explained all the work thoroughly and followed up within days to check the work to make sure it was all ok. He arrived on a Thursday and dusted the attic and sprayed the exterior of the home for spiders and bugs. He then came back on Sunday to build screens on all soffits and openings on the roof and the pier and beam under the house, I feel very confident they did a great job.

This went very smoothly and i had confidence in the knowledge of the service provider. First, I so appreciate people who are on time, complete the work at hand quickly but are still congenial. Perhaps more importantly, I spoke with Ernest for about 10 minutes about the chemical he was going to use. It was obvious that he is well versed in the technical side of his job. For you geeky people out there, he had a firm grasp of the information in the Material Data Safety Sheets, and he understood the implications. The proof of the pudding here will be that this gets rid of the termites. I was already familiar with Termidor, so I am pretty certain that this will work, especially if they applied it correctly. Since Ernest gave me a detailed description of how and where they were applying it, I am confident that the termites will be eradicated. Good job, I would recommend Waterloo and use them again.

A skunk found its way under my house, creating an unpleasant smell in the house. Ernest came to my house, made numerous recommendations about what to do to keep the skunk from getting in, trapped it and took it to be released at a friend's ranch, and left another trap just in case there was more than one (there wasn't).

Fantastic, couldn't be happier with service.

It was a one-time spraying that they did. They were great. I might go ahead and sign up a contract with them. They were very responsive and came out quickly. They were very reasonably priced too.

I contacted Waterloo and they were able to come out the next day to give me an estimate. They were very pleasant on the phone and flexible to my work schedule. When they arrived they inspected my property thoroughly and then walked me around to show me what they had found. We discussed the estimate and when I mentioned I had another home also needing treatment they offered me an additional discount. At both homes they sealed off any exterior access points and placed traps for anything already in the house. They also spray-treated the exterior. While inspecting the attic at one home they noticed that one of the vents had come loose and offered to fix it while they were up there. Several times they returned to check the traps and after a week or so they removed them and provided me with a warranty. I highly recommend this company for their customer service and work quality.

I liked them. They got rid of them and they seemed to be nice. They knew what they were doing and they did it for 1/3 of what I was quoted from another company. We had a disagreement because they actually trapped one of the raccoons and wanted to leave it here to attract the others. I didn't like the idea, but it turned out that it worked and I can't complain. They were responsive. One got in one of the traps during the middle of the night and they came out the next morning. I would use them again. There were two guys and they were very professional and easy to work with.
