Description of Work: Ernest is a very reliable manager. I had asked for non-toxic pest removal and he complied. He came back several times and cleared the pests. He guarantees his work for one year. He is honest and pleasant and I would not consider changing companies. He gets a 10+ rating from us.

Description of Work: Sealed the roof to prevent rodents from gaining access to the attic. Put traps in attic and where I had seen evidence of rodents in the house. It went well. I did expect a second follow up visit from them wi9thout having to call. Overall good service at a fair price.

Description of Work: A honey bee colony had invaded the second story ceiling of our home. Ernesto, the owner-operator quickly assessed the problem, outlined our fix-it options/consequences for each. We chose. He went to work. A day later the bees are gone and we are very happy with the outcome. Good job. friendly, quick, great value....will call Waterloo again and recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I asked them to come out to spray for bugs I'd recently noticed in our shower. They did not exterminate because I did not have any of the bugs to show them so they would know what pesticide to use. They suggested that I use a water/soap mixture and even provided some soap to me to do so. They did not charge me for coming out. They also followed up with a phone call to advise if I could save a bug for them that they could proceed with returning to exterminate.

Description of Work: We had problem with squirrels getting into our house. They re-screen, set traps, and came back frequently to check on the status of the problem. Our issue seems to be resolved and we were impressed with the attention they gave to us. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Ernest has been our exterminator since we moved into our new house and we've never had a problem that he couldn't quickly solve. He's great with kids and dogs and getting rid of those pesky critter situation whether it be rats & mice, scorpions, spiders, ants or anything else that could and has plagued us out here off the greenbelt. At our old house we used one of the biggie pest control companies and our experience was less than satisfying. Ernest is amazing! He treats our yard before parties (highly recommended in June Bug and Mosquito seasons) and will always come out for a retreat if necessary (only needed it once). Could not be happier.

Description of Work: We had rodents in the attic. He sealed all openings and checked traps twice and did not find anymore droppings or animals. I had gotten another estimate and it was over $800.00. Overall, I was very satisfied with not only the work done, but the price.

+ -1 morePromptly came by for and estimate, identified the problem and set a date to show up to perform the extraction. Located the birds nest in the duct of an unused water heater. He clamped off the duct on both ends, trapping the birds inside. He suggested moving the duct to a tree outside and opening it up. The birds are still using it. It seems they are gone from the attic. He then sealed openings and screened duct openings to prevent re-occurrence. We had been quoted $600 price for rats by some research operation. Very thorough and experienced. Earnest is formally with ABC as manager. Very knowledgeable about pest control in general. We will give him a go for all our pest needs. He seems to reward customer loyalty with his level of service.
Description of Work: Removed some nesting birds from our attic and sealed the entrances.
