I also provide WDI (termite) inspections at the time of service. In addition to home inspections, I can do treatments for pest and termites. Also a County and HUD inspector
I cannot perform repairs on the issues that are written up on the report. I can perform repairs not in conjunction with the home inspection report like painting and flooring etc.
