Crew was prompt, well prepared and the selected granite was fabricated for a perfect fit including my new sink. Description of Work: I hired Toluca Granite to replace my kitchen counters and bar. They were excellent to work with and always happy to answer my questions. I had no idea about the process, but they explained it all and recommended some granite yards to go to. They were able to install some pretty long counter sections with no seams and difficult end cuts when other contractors told me they couldn't do it and their price was pretty much in line with the other contractors I talk to. |I am very happy with their service and wold gladly hire them again.

Description of Work: I did some research before talk with Alison at Toluca. Over all everything is going as planned and promised. No surprise. I watched the installation process. Three young guys came and left with very good job done. This is a small granite fabricator, I hope they keep their good work and grow. Definitely I will recommend them. Will keep you updated after a few months as this is just installed a couple days ago.

Description of Work: We had an A+ experience with Toluca. Most of the process was over email, they were quick in response, and helpful in recomendations.Once they came to the house and saw the rest of the house they made great recommendations on style/color and made suggestions we had not thought about. They worked well with our schedule, did not upsale, and were quick in determining overal budget and job completion timing. Showed up on time, finished the project to our satisfaction, and wahlah..it was done. Also, the workers were professional and friendly. Overall it was a pleasurable experience and we are happy the end product.

+ -1 moreI had shopped for granite countertops in some big-box stores, but wasn't happy with the selection, the prices, or the amount of input I had to the process. And the wait times were at least 6 weeks. So I decided to explore other options. The whole experience with Toluca Granite was wonderful. I wasn't too sure how to go about the process, so I called Toluca Granite to ask some questions. Lauren was wonderful and explained how to get started. I effectively had an unlimited selection to choose from since I could choose granite at any yard and Toluca would work with them to come up with a quote. I selected a granite I loved, and asked the yard to hold it for me. Then I contacted Toluca and they worked with the granite yard on a price and provided me with a very reasonable quote. Once my kitchen remodel was far enough along to be ready for countertops, they were there to make templates of the countertops within days. And the fabrication time was a matter of a week or so, compared to the 6-week quote at a big box store. The counters fit almost perfectly -- just one or two very small adjustments on site and the job was done. The crew was polite, prompt, and efficient. I'm completely satisfied. Toluca Granite is a small, family-run operation. It shows in their personal service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and will use them again when I get around to bathroom countertops.

+ 0 moreI emailed Toluca Granite at about 10pm one evening, for help with a quick, simple job of widening the opening in an existing granite countertop. By 9am the next morning they had emailed me and said that they would love to help, but were booked solid for the next two days, but were going to try and squeeze it in between jobs. 30 min later, the installer (David) called me and said he was 30 min away and could do it right now. David arrived with two other installers. They were VERY thorough, setup plastic throughout the kitchen to minimize dust, brought their own vacuum, and 20 min later the granite was cut perfectly. David even offered to help me install the sink and even left a tube of their professional grade sealant with me. It was a small job, but service like this is what makes these companies A rated on Angies List. I will DEFINITELY be calling them again in the future.

Description of Work: Fantastic smaller company!! Prices and quality amazing. Realize it is a small company and talk about ways to stay in contact. Punctual. Came early stayed till finished. They have the number for a great plumber ACL that we used or you find your own. I will use them again. My daughter is already using them for her kitchen. I did three bathrooms where they had the sinks I wanted for two and I found the vessel for the third. I picked out my faucets and took them in so they could cut and drill at their place. This made Zero dust in my house!! The job was smooth and all cuts accurate. Lauren helped me with color issues and information on different types of sinks and faucets. They are a good honest company

Honorato and his crew were very helpful and patient, coming back like four times to assist me in choosing which counters to cover, backsplash heights, sink details and edges!! I cannot recommend him more highly! His work is excellent, thorough, very quick and priced great!! I just purchased a new home and he will be doing the granite for both my bathroom and the new kitchen...
Description of Work: Toluca Granite did all the countertops in my remodeled kitchen. He even custom cut a piece on a ledge dividing the dining room and the living room!
