Description of Work: They did water damage mitigation. Dehumidifiers, antimicrobial cleanse, pulled off the damaged dry wall and floor trim . Overall the work was fine the estimator was very good at explaining everything. I think we |Ay have asked them to come on short notice. For about 1 week when I was trying to confirm start date, i didnt get a call back. Then they started on the discussed date but we were a little unprepared for them since none of my calls/ emails had been returned. Overall the work was great. After working with landscapers and remodelers as well ( our house had some flooding, i noticed that all these places administrative/ communication was mediocre yet actual work was very good. Crazy busy from memorial day floods i guess

Description of Work: The Steam Team cleaned my sofa and loveseat. Because I have dogs, I also requested the deodorizer for both pieces of furniture. The 2 technicians arrived on time, were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned soft furniture and two carpets. Was fine-- just expensive for 1.5 hours of work. Still do not think that water treatment of furniture and carpeting is the most effective. All the cat hair did not come out of one of the carpets.

Description of Work: They steam cleaned my tile and grout (approx. 600 sq. ft.); steam cleaned and treated for pet stains and odors a sofa, chair-and-a-half, ottoman, and about 10 pillows. The technician was on time, and gave me an estimate that included separate prices for the various add-on options that were available. I am pleased with the work and would use them again.
