Description of Work: They came and cleaned three rooms, one hallway and the stairs. The not-so-heavy traffic areas were not cleaned.

Overall, I think they did a great job because they got all the stains out of the carpet, besides the red food stains that were already there before we moved in that they could not get out. They put all the furniture back after they were done, and even put something underneath the furniture so that they didn't touch the wet carpet. The people that they sent out were on time.
Description of Work: They came in and cleaned six rooms of carpet. They also moved the furniture around in the rooms to get underneath.

Description of Work: THE STEAM TEAM DOES RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERICAL PROPERTY CARPET CLEANING. WE HAD WATER DAMAGE WITHIN THE OFFICE BUILDING. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND BEGAN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THE WATER OUT OF THE CARPETS, AND THEN LATER CLEANING THEM TO REMOVE ANY POSSIBLE SMELL AFTERWARDS.
