Description of Work: I thought I purchased this deal but it had a stipulation that it had to sell a certain amount of specials before you could get the deal. I never knew it was confirmed and thought it was never offered, therefore I never even knew about it until now. Was I charged? I never received an email that it was confirmed. I guess it must be expired, will I received a credit.

Description of Work: Ruben cleaned the carpets in two bedrooms, their closets, and the stairs. He also cleaned the tiles and grout in the attached bathrooms and the kitchen. He did an amazing job on all the carpets and tiles. The carpet on the stairs was badly stained and I honestly didn't think it was going to clean up, but now it looks like new. Ruben also made my kitchen tiles look like new. A's all around!

Description of Work: Eric Garcia was the service person and did a wonderful job!! My carpeting had many pet stains and it was disgusting. He treated them carefully and then did a great steam cleaning job. Carpet looked almost new when he finished. He left me a bottle of spot remover. I will use The Steam Team again (soon) and will ask for him.

Description of Work: I took advantage of their $99.00 special for tile/grout cleaning of the floors. I called on Tuesday and they set up an appointment the next day. They called me 30 minutes before arrival and the entire job was completed in approximately one hour. They came with a two man team that were very polite and professional. They did an excellent job!

Description of Work: Todd arrived promptly and went right to work. My bedroom needed a serious cleaning due to two dogs. He did an amazing job on the carpet, and it looks almost new. He was friendly and extremely professional. Todd cleaned up well and left no waste or "mess" that others tend to forget. I will definitely hire them again. Ask for Todd!!

Description of Work: Mario worked longer and harder then he expected but remained cheerful throughout. my carpets and tile had so much soil he had to empty his tank half-way through. what should have been a 90 minute job took him 3 hours (not his fault - just more dirt then he expected). He kept at it until the job was done (with a protein bar from me to hold him over until his late lunch). I will definitely use The Steam Team and again and Mario in particular.
