Description of Work: They came out to replace to 'spiral' springs in a window. They arrived a few minutes early and had the correct parts. They replaced both springs in about 15 minutes. The window has worked with any problems since they have been replaced. The techs were even great with my dog's curiosity at what they were doing and an occasional nose in the way!

Description of Work: Vendor came out to take measurements for a five panel glass shower enclosure (four walls and one door), then lost(?) the five panel glass measurements and needed to come out again to remeasure, but did not take the right measurements the second time--only measuring for a three glass panel shower enclosure. I contacted him regarding this mistake, and the vendor said his office would call and schedule another time to come out again and retake the correct measurements for the five panel measurements, but to date has not called to reschedule. Now, with more than a month wasted, I have to find a new vendor.

Description of Work: Replaced a broken glass top for a coffee table and repaired broken windows in garage. April did a wonderful job scheduling and taking my order. They came out on time and were professional and did a great job. (I had this done for a client so I am using my address in the same neighborhood).

When they came to install the glaa, they only had one piece of glass, two were lost. They reordered and then came back and installed all three. Better crew this time.

Description of Work: The Glass Guru replaced two broken windows. One window was an unusual shape and had to be measured and cut accordingly. The windows were ready in about 10 days as they told me they would be. They installed the two windows and did a wonderful job. Both the estimate appointment and installation appointment were done on schedule and professionally. I received the Angie's List discount and believe I received a fair price for the work. I would recommend The Glass Guru to others and would use them again myself.
