Description of Work: We ordered two simple 24x36-inch beveled mirrors. Delivery was as promised, and both mirrors were wrapped together in sheeting to protect them in the drive to our location. We were pleased with the transaction.

Description of Work: We purchased a custom glass table top for a coffee table base. Glass Guru had the best price when compared to several other providers. They were professional and thorough on the phone as I told them what we needed and they prepared our quote. The product we received is beautiful and high quality. Their shop where we picked it up is kind of just a warehouse with a tiny office/greeting area in front. But they did the job well & at a great price compared to their competitors, so we will use them again & highly recommend.

Description of Work: I went to the Glass Guru in search of a 'different' kind of glass pattern for my new kitchen cabinet. Their website led me to believe they had quite a variety of patterns on hand. And although there was no showroom per se, the office personnel showed me samples of all the glass they carried and were knowledgeable about size, availability, and cost. I was allowed to take a few home to show my husband and see how they looked with the new cabinets, which I found very helpful. I did not return them for a couple of weeks, but that was not a problem for them. All in all, my experience with Glass Guru was very good.

Description of Work: Shower glass installation and frosted window install. This project started in Oct/2013, but was not completed until Jan/2014 due to a delay in the company receiving the necessary hardware. They also had to return to reinstall the window due to obvious defects. They also had to return due to the shower door being installed incorrectly. My biggest complaint with them was their unwillingness to communicate with me weekly on the status of the hardware delivery even after I expressed that I wanted weekly updates. The only times they communicated with me was when I was calling them other than when they were setting up appointments or returning my calls. I love the shower and the window, but would be hesitant to use them again due to poor communication on their part.

Description of Work: Estimated and installed 35 x new, low-e glass window panes in our existing frames, replacing double-pane glass that had lost it's seals and fogged.

Description of Work: I called to find out about replacing small glass inserts above three of my doors. These inserts were covered with something and I had been unable to clean them. Michael came out and looked at them and told me what to use to get the glue residue off. He was very nice, professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.
