Representative visited property, recommended action, and prepared estimate. Upon acceptance of estimate, company trimmed trees as indicated satisfactorily.

These guys work really hard. They were also very careful while they were cutting the trees and I appreciated that. They came on time and got the job done quickly. I would recommend them but get an estimate first.

Vincent is a certified arborist. The crew he brought with him were really great about cleaning up after themselves. A few days later when some branches were settling and they came and trimmed them at no extra cost.

The day after I initially contacted the Co. a representative arrived, surveyed the work I wanted done and quoted a price. A few days later I was contacted and given a date for the work to be accomplished. The crew arrived at the agreed upon date and time, did the work quickly and professionally and did a super clean up. Very pleased with the entire process.

Tree limbs hanging over power lines is an accident waiting to happen. I called this company to have them send out some workers to remove them. They were very careful to not damage the power lines or the trees they were cutting the branches from. They also, did an excellent job of cleaning up any messes they made in my yard.

The crew left with out checking with me to ensure my satisfaction with the job performed. I was, in fact, not satisfied with the work. They missed one limb on one tree, left some obvious deadwood in the backyard, and the trees on the side of the house looked hacked off rather than trimmed. The crew did not clean up the area, there were limbs left on my property. Most importantly, while pulling down limbs from a tree in my backyard, the limb hit the wires leading to my house. This resulted in the TV cable wire hanging very low, and the electric conduit into my house was bent and pulled away from my house. I had to call several times to get the damage repaired, and my conduit is still bent.

It went very well and very fast. They were here less than 45 minutes. They cleaned up well. The only negative was the appointment was for a Saturday morning at 10 a.m. which I had confirmed, but they arrived at 8:45 a.m. and I wasn't ready.

On the scheduled work day, the crew showed up on time and the men in the trees continued to work with me to make sure they were cutting branches that I wanted cut. Afterward, they did a good job of cleaning up and removing all of the branches and larger twigs.

The company representative was knowledgeable and professional. The crew was on time and worked quickly. However, they cut down a tree that we had discussed keeping. A second crew came the following day to grind the stumps. They worked on most of the stumps that we discussed but left a couple untouched. More significantly, they got the stump grinder too close to a chain link fence and pulled out a couple of links. This crew left without telling me that they were done, so I had to call them back to patch the fence and grind the remaining stumps. A third crew came to grind one more stump and patch the fence in an ineffective and unsightly way. This crew also left without telling me. I had to hire a third party to patch the fence correctly after arranging a deduction of the fee for this contractor from my bill with Davey Tree Co. The representative was courteous and accommodating regarding this issue, but the entire procedure took a couple of weeks.

Excellent. They were on time, did what was agreed to do, and cleaned up afterwards.

This is the third time I have had work done by Davey Tree and I have been pleased with every job. When the City of Austin notified me that they had to trim trees around the power lines on my property I was impressed that they used Davey Tree. They allowed me to be on site when the job was done and I was very impressed with the work. Since then I have only called Davey Tree.

Davey's came out and gave us a free estimate, and we felt it was pretty reasonable. They were within the range of the other estimates we got, but since a friend referred them to us, we decided to use them. They did an excellent job cleaning up our lawn. They were dedicated to finishing their work.

They did excellent work. They had a large crew, which made me feel confident they could get the job done right. Most of the other companies we checked into wanted to send just one or two guys out. They were professional, prompt, and very careful not to cause any more damage. The trimmed trees looked great, as they didn't over prune at all. I was expecting a higher bill than what it turned out to be.

They provided very professional tree trimming service, all the oak trees looked very well trimmed when they were finished. They also hauled away the branches when they were done. The crew seemed to be very experienced because it did not take very long to complete the work. The price was really reasonable.

When they came out to take care of my trees they left everything looking wonderful. You could really tell they went through everything and were very thorough about it. They were consistently reliable and dependable and that's why I have stuck with them.

We were very pleased with the work they did on our trees. We do have pets and we really liked the fertilizer that they used was pet friendly. Our trees look vibrant. I felt they were very professional and nice to deal with. They did an excellent job on our trees.

The men showed up on time and did a very good job. They didn't leave any mess and did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. They let us know what and how they were going to trim. I would definitely recommend them as they did a good job for me. I am not sure what the price that they charged me.

Davey s has been taking care of my family's special lawn needs and tree removal for at least the past twenty-five years now. I have been more content with their services than any other company that I can ever think of. They are a nice experienced well-rounded bunch of individuals. I plan to keep them around for another twenty-five years.

I thought this company was very honest and excellent. The guys that came out were very easy to talk to, and they were very friendly. I have used them in the past to trim my trees, and they have never given me any reason to complain about their services.

They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. The guys looked very friendly and were courteous. They had a good crew of guys that worked hard.
