We recently bought a house that had active termites. We called several places and got 3 estimates in total. Two of them were quoting over 800 dollars. When bugmaster came out (the next day) they gave us a $597.00 quote plus did more to treat the termites and used the exact chemical as the other guys. We scheduled with them and the tech was very punctual (on the dot 8:00 saturday morning). He was very professional and did exactly what they said they would do and charged us exactly what they quoted. He was very knowledgeable about everything. We will use them again for pest control in 3 months.

Their tech came out within 1 day of calling them. He was very courteous and took time to explain every procedure he was using. He had some problems with his power sprayer which dragged his visit out an extra half hour. But he got it fixed and completed his work. Began seeing dead bugs the next day, although he explained to me that it would be a couple of weeks before the ants had taken the bait and died off.

We had roof rats in our attic and garage. Bug Master laid the traps and then came by on several occasions to check them and searched around the outside of the house for possible entrances. It took a while to find where the rats were getting in, but once this was found we were able to close it up and the rats vanished. These rats were nasty and were burrowing into our insulation. They were also big, so having a professional handle them was necessary.

The thing that seems odd to me, when they come out to check the station, the can easily miss stations because they have no diagram of the perimeter of my home. If they can't see it, they don't check it, and the traps are often out of plain site. I have to ask to make sure they have thoroughly checked the area. I do not yet have a reason to stop using them, that will come if I find new termite damage. The lower overall grade has to do with the fact that they do not adequately document their bait stations to check them, and that the tops of those stations often come loose.

They were very friendly and professional over the phone, and the technician they sent out was obviously very knowledgeable. He was on time and very thorough in his assessment of the problem. We would absolutely hire this company in the future.
