The Bug Master

I like that the quality of their products works. I like that they'll come back if you have any problems or you have an especially bad year with ants or something like that. Every time the people come, they're very personable. They'll talk with you. They are very well spoken and very nice. I would recommend them and use them.

The Bug Masters were able to come out same day, which I was looking for. My technician actually showed up early. He explained everything about what he was doing, safety, and how I can prevent problems in the future. Great service.

I cannot remember the last date I used this provider but I have used them several times and they performed great. Other than the first treatment, they did not charge me for the subsequent treatments. It is clear they are true to their word. The service reps were courteous and had clean uniforms. I will use Bug Master again should I need their services in the future.

Only issue is I have requested late afternoons ( 4-5pm) but they keep scheduling me in the mornings for my service.

They did a awesome and have five year warranty. They were honest, nice and very reasonable.

They are great. The come out quarterly to do the service and they always do a good job. They call before they are arriving and I know exactly when they will be arriving. It takes them under 30 minutes to complete the job.

It has been okay. They were very fast in response. They got the treatment done quickly. The treatment is still working because sometimes I will come home to cockroaches that are dead. I would recommend them to others. They were pricey, but they do good work

Original visit was professional and engaged. Service provider came next week and administered ant treatment. One month later was called back for a respray in 2 areas.....very responsive. We realized that we had an ant infestation problem that had not been properly treated and would initially take close monitoring. We were very pleased with the cooperative spirit and timely return for additional spraying.

It has been a reallly good experience. They arrive on time, do the work as promised, and do good work.

They are wonderful, they take my pets into consideration by calling us ahead of time and making sure they spray where they pets are not going to be, and getting the heads up is really nice. I can’t say anything bad about them!

Under contract with Bud Master who took over Eco Pest Control whom we had the original contract with. When Bug Master bought out Eco Pest we were told that all the services would be the same. So, we agreed and used Bug Master. However, just recently we had an issue with some wildlife in our attic and were told by Bug Master that the removal of the critter would be an additional charge over and above for what we contracted for. Therefore Bug Master did not continue the same service as Eco. Bug Master was rude on the phone and when I told them I was going to terminte their service they said "go ahead" Very unprofessional company and could care less if they had my business. Do yourself a favor and find another pest control company.Bug Master could care less!

Absolutely fantastic service. The team at Bug Master were great all around. From the office manager to the service technicians, everyone at Bug Master was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure that you have the information you need to make an informed decision about the type of service needed.

Forced to stay overnight in a low quality motel due to car trouble on the road, my wife came home with bed bugs. We called Bug Masters who were highly rated by Angie. Clint came out and inspected the house. We found one bed bug under the mattress and knew there were probably more in hiding. Clint gave us two bids; $300 to treat the bedroom or $900 to treat the whole house. He recommended that we treat the bedroom first and see if that was successful. If it was not, he would come back and treat the rest of the house for $600. A technician was scheduled for the next day.Treating the bedroom seems to be successful, we have not seen any bugs since the treatment, better yet, no bites. Yesterday we had a follow-up call from Clint asking if we were still having problems. We are very pleased with Bug Masters and recommend them.

Bobby Zuhn from Bug Master came out looked, etched out a plan, and gave me a honest and fair estimate. Very professional!! After talking with a lot of other companies I called Mr. Zuhn he sent out a tech his name was Kyle. He arrived on time, clean, neat, and very professional also! He got right to work and finished on time explaining what he was going to do and how as he went just like Mr. Zuhn said. All pro work, professional, and clean up done perfect! Top of the line! Will be having them out for yearly inspections and to do all my bug work from now on! Can not brag enough about the service of both of these men... Got rid of my bug problems fast! Highly recommend this team!!!

Called to try to have them come service our new house as we had just moved to the area and had bugs we needed addressed. I spoke to the young woman who answered the phone, explained what I needed and gave her the address. She told me she'd have to call the technician and see when he could get to us then call me back or have the technician call me. (Cue crickets here). Never heard a word from anyone again so found a responsive company who called and showed up when they said they would. If you are outside of Austin proper, don't bother calling these guys.

After several emails requesting general pricing and services information (plus trying to find if products would harm my pets), I was directed to call a service center to set up an appointment. The technician arrived 1/2 an hour late, but answered all my questions and affirmed he was using green products inside to protect the animals and regular spray on the outside. He left drops of spray on my hardwood floors, but helped me wipe those up when pointed out. I've seen evidence of a successful spray, including spiders in the glue traps, a drastic reduction in spider webs and one or two dead pests. I have a new construction home and this is the first time it has been exterminated. It needed it! The one con was that they ask you to sign a contract for quarterly services. The technician did not say it was a contract (I had to point it out) and with my numerous emails/phone calls not once did they say a contract was necessary. I prefer to work with a company because I like their services, not because I am contractually obligated to do so. Feel free to say no to the contract.
