They're pretty good. They did it while we're gone. They reminded us by email. They've been doing it for a long time. I'm very pleased with them. I've used them for years.

Switched out exterminators this past spring due to lack of attention from the last one. The Bug Master has been attentive to all of our concerns and is reasonably priced. If we're not visited regularly, the scorpions among others have a tendency to attempt takeovers of our house. Have not had a problem with this company at all so far. They've gone above and beyond trying to help us with our issues. Would hapily recommend them to anyone.

We use Bugmaster every quarter for pest control. Ever since we started, the ants have been reduced significantly and there are practically no more water bugs in the home. The technician is always efficient and professional.

We use them regularly and we love them.

They are prompt and got in and out quickly and fixed my problem. No problems since. They were courteous. The thing that maters most is we don't have anymore ants.

They are reliable. We had did the same thing in San Antonio before we moved here- we had an individual that worked with us for 7-8 years and he always came on time and knew the house. There is nothing to complain about; they have been diligent and know what they are doing.

We pay $30.00 per month and we sign a 12 month contract, but you can get service without a contract too. They schedule promptly and are very good to work with special requests. For instance, I don't use chemicals inside my home, so they do an environmentally friendly treatment inside the house and then use regular treatment outside. I would give them an A+.

Tyron has been fantastic. It took him about 36 minutes to complete the interior and exterior treatment. They time the service and put it on the bill. They also have an online system and they will email me to remind me to schedule the appointment. They are very responsive to emails as well.

They come out for me regularly and they came out a month ago. They provide a good service.

If I need something done, I can call them. I wished could give them a triple A and we have no bugs.

Use Bugmaster for quarterly pest service and were satisfied customers. Because of that, we called them to handle a new and urgent rodent issue since they also provide that service. They rescheduled 4 times in 5 days due to lack of organization and misc. other excuses. We had to miss work to make these appointments that didn't happen. Throughout the process, we had to tell them what we thought we should do based on our internet research; they did not provide their own action plan or recommendations, even kept saying "oh, that's a great idea" = did not have expertise, or professionalism. We called to cancel the contract, which luckily, we had not been invoiced for yet. They apologized and admitted their errors; were told the Operations Manager was going to contact us. NEVER called. We canceled our pest control services to because of this unprofessional experience. Hired a new contractor who really knows what he's doing and is working hard to solve our problem. Wish we had started with them instead of wasting valuable time with Bugmaster.

It's hard to imagine but this company billed me for services that I never contracted with them to do. They sent me bills repeatedly for $162.38. I had never contracted service with this company. I had never even talked with anyone prior to this time. They claimed to have performed these services in March and June of 2012. They have never been in my home to provide any service since I was out of town at the time and had no knowledge of their actions. The most they could have done was to treat the exterior of my home. Just to resolve the issue I agreed to pay for half of the amount.. Then, months later, I received a call from a bill collector wanting me to pay the balance! I couldn't believe the audacity of this shady business! When I explained what had happened, I never heard anything more from them. Because I didn't see myself as a customer, it didn't even occur to me to write a review. Today, as I was searching Angie's List for a pest control company, I was shocked to see their A rating. I wish I had promptly related my prior experience with Bug Master. It makes me concerned that I cannot trust Angie's List. It does make me realize how essential it is for customers to write honest reviews to provide the necessary feedback, both positive and negative. Hopefully my horrible experience with Bug Master was an isolated incident.

They are fantastic and we love them. We still use them. The service is wonderful and outstanding.

We priced and look at several options to treat for bed bugs. Some of the treatments seemed very extreme and costly. We had a friend who highly recommended Bug Master and so we decided to talk to them. They explained the process which takes about 8 hours. They came back several weeks later to check the results. They were very through with the treatment. They cost half as much as what the other companies quoted us. It has been 4 months and the extermination appears to have worked. We are very pleased with our decision to use Bug Master. Just remember that when you treat for Bed Bugs, you will have to be an active participant in the process to rid your home of the bugs. It is a tedious process irregardless of which exterminator you use but it can be done. Go to a locat retailer and purchase the expensive matress bags that help to prevent the little bugs from showing up in the future. It will be well worth it.

I was so impressed with this company. They worked us into their schedule the day I called, and the professionalism was unmatched. The inspector was personable but straightforward, took time to make a thorough inspection, and came dressed very professionally. He took the time to work us immediately into the treatment schedule, which was more involved since we live about 45 minutes from their offices. The exterminator was also incredibly personable and knowledgeable and helped us decide on a treatment program that was affordable and gave us an option to see if further treatment (and cost) were even necessary. As it turns out, more was not necessary, so I really appreciated not having to spend the extra money. I will use them now for all of our pest needs; there were punctual, helpful, personable, straightforward, and confident--easy, easy, easy decision to call them again!

I just dropped them because of the expense and it wasn’t because I didn’t like him. They are fine. It was no problem. Quality was good. I just used them once.

I think they were fine. I have been using them for about 6 months. They've taken care of a rodent problem. They've always been on time and billed me on time. They are reliable.

Richard is REALLY easy to work with to explain services and set up accounts information/appointments. Mike is our service rep and is absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly responsive via phone or text and comes out for all the random calls I've been making as we adjust to our new home. Mike helps educate the homeowner, gets them comfortable with what is going on and is really great to have around helping get rid of pests! This company also offers an eco-friendly option which we are using as we have a child and pet.
