Description of Work: I have green line products only applied. Applications are applied as necessary inside and completely around the perimeter of my home. If I have any special issues, I point them out and the technician addresses them. I started using their services in February, 2013 on a quarterly basis. Description of Work: I was told that I received flea treatment with the first, expensive treatment of the house and yard, then found out months later that I had to dish out another $200 to receive the actual flea treatment. I paid $130 for weep holes to be treated, and the gates were locked the day it was supposedly done, my son said no one asked to open the gates, so maybe the front was done, but there are bugs in the weep holes and webs, looking as if they were never treated. I asked about this for months and keep getting the run around. I am going with a different company, this one has terrible office staff that can't give me a straight answer but will call consistently asking for money, never answering my questions. Typical rip off.

Description of Work: Had termite treatment for an 1855 sq ft house, and thorough spraying for insects. The house was never treated for termites, no evidence seen by bug master tech, decided to have it done as a precaution.

Description of Work: Had a contract with The Bug Master for many years and the price has never been raised - no company I have ever used has done anything like this, it is unique in that respect. They have been excellent and will make additional calls if anything unusual comes up without additional charge. All the latest, safe for pets and humans chemicals used - some even smell like herbs and flowers! Very happy for many years.
