Description of Work: Treated interior and exterior with green products as part of the quarterly service to which I have subscribed. I have been pleased with the results. Between quarters, if there is a problem, they treat for the specific problem at no additional cost.

Description of Work: Sprayed for insects inside and outside. Very professional and friendly (even with my dog). I used them for over 10 years, but my best friend's son started his on pest control business. His cost is about 30% less, so I went with him. If he were to stop, I'd probably go back to the Bug Master.

Description of Work: The agent setting up the job was fine and personable. Then they sent a young man out to do the work. He could not produce his license to handle pesticides but insisted he had been trained. He would not allow anyone to watch him work. Their protocol called for a follow-up visit so many weeks later, which they accomplished. Now, about 5 months later, I am still killing bedbugs one at a time, by hand.

I do not see any record of requests for re-treatment which is always free of charge during the warranty period. While our goal is to resolve your pest problem without re-treating Mother Nature’s sometimes has other plans. This is why we always include a warranty period of 90 days on bed bug treatments. All Bug Master technicians are licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Service and as such the technician should have presented his license for your review. We apologize for this and for any lack of communication in regard to your warranty. Again, thanks you for submitting your review.
