BugMaster was easy to talk to, very nice and convenient to schedule. The man who arrived was personable and dressed neatly. He worked quickly and seemed very knowledgeable. He also advised us on different alternatives of sprays. Best of all, we have not seen a single bug since they sprayed.

I am very happy with the work this company did. I will not be able to know how good of a job they did until I let some time pass to see if the ant problem returns. There was only one small problem they still have to deal with. They had a little accident during the job, so I called them to come back and fix it for me. I do not worry about them not coming because they seemed to be a very professional company.

The person who took the order did a good job listing my concerns for the tech to investigate. The tech arrived when promised and was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. All of the ants were gone by the next day. I'm pleased and I signed up for a quarterly treatment plan.

Chad, the exterminator, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Bug Master to my friends and family.

The service was poor. I called their office twice to inquire about basic pest control service and prices. I never got to talk to anybody. I waited on hold for 6:35 minutes for JJ, who never picked up. The receptionist did pick up several times. I don't know if I would hire this company.

This company is above average in the service that they provide. They come here quarterly for $98. The staff is friendly and professional. They spray both inside and outside our home. I am pleased with the service overall. They come out here when I expect them and usually do call the day before to confirm the service.

They were good thorough with the spraying, I thought, or I wouldn't stick with them. They took only about 40 minutes for the job. I had them come out about every other month and they seemed to be experienced and helpful. I never had a problem with their service guys.

I had them come out about 4 times a year and they were thorough and I was happy with them. They guys were friendly and helpful and looked professional. They showed up on time and will notify you of any scheduling problems. I liked them so I didn't mind mentioning that they were pretty good.

Bug Master comes to our home once quarterly to spray for pests both inside and out. We have only had one outbreak of sugar ants since they have been spraying and they came right out to take care of the problem. They are always on time and they even offer organic products for our daughter's sake. This was the biggest selling point to us.

They are a local company that did an outstanding job. They came on time and they were willing to go the extra mile. They were knowledgeable about what they did. They have explained in detail what the chemicals are they used. They were very honest and respectful. They also had a great price. They actually come out to my home four times a year.
