They have a set schedule for them to come out to check that there are no termites or anything like that because it is a guarantee deal. They do what they say they are going to do.

They do a good job. What I like about them is that they come back as many times as you need them to. They're very dependable and their prices are relatively reasonable...my husband has checked that out more than I have.

They spray when we are not here and leave us a note. We have asked them to come when we are here. They have not listened to that. We are thinking of finding some one else. I am not happy with them personally.

I like that I don't have any bug issues in my house. We actually switched to a different company that was cheaper but that company got bought by Terminix. They still gave us the discounted price of the other company and didn't raise it. They use eco, kid, and dog friendly chemicals.

I have used them for 2 years. They come out every 3 months. If I noticed something around the house, they'll come out and fix it at no charge. They are good. They are pretty fast. Their accounting sucks however. Paid for their services on-time yet the turned me over to a collection service. When I proved that payment was made on-time I got a sorry. Their collection service continues to call to this date.

It went fine. There were no problems. The price was competitive.

Overall they are really good. Terrance comes out on time every time. I have little kids and pets and it is very important that they use sprays that are not hazardous to that environment. He always does a good job of explaining things as well.

They kind of expensive and their prices seem to keep going up. They have been really helpful with their service when I have spoken one on one with technicians that come out to my place. They are really nice, professional and courteous. They do a pretty good job. I would like them to do a little bit more work when requested. They provide services only within the foundation of the house. If I have fire ants even six feet from the house they won’t treat it. Their prices and inflexibility is making me think of hiring someone else. If the job is within their boundaries they would treat whatever the problem maybe without me asking them. I would not use them again in the future.

They are always willing to work with me on price, and they are prompt, friendly, and professional.

I recommend Terminex. They take care of business. I like the technician that comes to my house. He is very cordial. He is professional. I do not have to call them back. They do a real good job. I have a quarterly service with them. Their price is reasonable.

They come frequently, always give me notice when they are coming, they ask me whether I want something done inside or outside, and they are fine. They also check for termites once a year. I spend $200 a year with them. They are punctual and responsive. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

They are here on a regular basis. They take care of the pests for me. If I see anything in between visits I can just call them.

It was a good experience. If you find any bugs in between services they will come out immediately upon request. They were very professional. I would recommend their services to anyone.
