Description of Work: Pest and termite control. OK.

Description of Work: This was a return visit from a few weeks before due to an abundance of fire ants and spiders that popped up after the big rains. The scheduler had to put us off for a week and then when the day came and no one showed we got a call that the regular technician had gone home sick, so they sent out another technician the next day. He was great!

Description of Work: It was a re-do from the original service. They never contacted me, other than by email, until the day before, and then they changed the date and time.

Description of Work: Installed baiting system, went ok.

Description of Work: Sprayed one wall (outside and inside)- seemed a bit pricey but it worked. No more termites.

Description of Work: Not sure on the quarterly data but received call that they would be coming a couple of days prior. They came as expected and performed the service. We have had the same individual for some time and he is friendly and professional.

Description of Work: I took over a contract with terminix when I moved into 704 sparks in 1964. obviously I am satisfied with their service or I would not have stayed with them for fifty years.

Description of Work: general treatment on outside of house. This is part of a quarterly treatment that occurs either inside or outside of the house. It is frequently inside. I like that it is always the same person. The individual is on time, courteous, and professional. We are very pleased with the service we get from Terminix. Pricing has been extremely stable over many years.

Description of Work: I use Terminix for both pest control and termite inspections. They come once a quarter (unless needed more often) for pest control and always address all of our concerns. They come once a year for termite inspection and we've remained clear so far.

We have a continual contract with Terminix for a monthly service for outside service They always call before they come to give us an exact date and approximate time. If we call with a specific problem it is always addressed immediately. We will continue to use their service and would recommend Terminix.
