Description of Work: Installed three new trees.

Description of Work: We purchased a tree from Ted's Trees because of their good ratings, but we have been disappointed in their customer service. They have failed to show up at our property for at least four appointments scheduled to discuss the tree we purchased from them. We have requested that the tree be staked so that it does not continue to grow toward the power lines north of our house. We were told the tree was growing toward the power lines because of the sun which makes no sense because the power lines are north of our house. We do not appreciate their lack of respect when they do not show up to any of the scheduled appointments and did not call in advance to reschedule.

Description of Work: We purchased a 45 gallon Oak Tree from Ted's. They delviered and planted the tree. The actual work was done well and on time. The tree looks beautiful. | |Getting the quote was a different story, my wife called 3 times to try and get the tree ordered, each time she talked with them the price increased, because whoever she talked to previously was not authorized to finalize the quote. I am a small business owner and find myself accepting "bad quotes" because of mistakes made by employees. |Note to Ted's: |A. train your staff to give accurate quotes |B. No ups and extras, if someone is paying to have the tree planted don't charge an addional delivery charge, you have to go the destination to plant the tree. |C. If you people give a bad quote, accept it, you may make a customer for life by doing that.

Description of Work: Bought a tree. They delivered the tree and planted it for me. Job well done!

Description of Work: Trim Trees

Description of Work: Had four trees planted. One died within the one-year warranty period and I was given a refund. I could have had a replacement if I'd so chosen. Sometimes it takes Ted a while to get back to you, he's very busy, but he does eventually deal with whatever issues you have.

Description of Work: Installed two very large Leyland Cypress trees. A little pricey, but high quality trees and installation.

Description of Work: Ted helped us landscape a brand new house with a naked yard. A long retaining wall from the front of the house down the side, to the back, was built. This created beds in front and along the side of the house. Beds in the front yard were prepared, as well as vegetable beds in the back. About 15 trees planted, some rose bushes and a few smaller plants. Some crushed granite paths were laid out and they leveled out the yard in front of the retaining wall in the backyard. Over this, they laid new sod.
