Description of Work: The service personnel were prompt and friendly and came back to do a second application at no cost. Unfortunately, it simply didn't work. You should know that our backyard is mostly jasmine with very little grass. It is a mosquito haven.

+ -1 moreI have a 3 year service plan with them. They have been extremely courteous. The first service appointment I had with them was in response with rat problem and the person who came out was very friendly and helpful. Later I called them again for some ant problem but I wasn’t at home at that time. The person who had to come was finishing a job elsewhere and said he was coming over, so I asked him to do the front yard but I had to get there for the back yard and asked him to come the next day in the morning to finish the back yard. As he had met my dog before, so he hopped the fence and did the work and left me a note stating that it was all taken care off, so I didn’t had to wait for him the next morning. I was totally fine with that and I thought that was good service. I have a very good rapport with him and he gave me his personal cell phone number as well. Their customer service is very good and both the guys who came out were personable. They once had a billing error in my favor but I called them up and had them corrected. Every time they have come out, they have been effective accept for one pest that you can’t really get rid off and they said that if there are further problems they will try a new type of treatment the next time. I feel like they are working to improve their service. They have always been able to schedule me within 1 or 2 days and they have been flexible with my schedule as well. I had a good experience with them so far.
