They came out last July and the service went fine. We did get the mosquitoes back pretty quickly, we did have a lot of rain at that time so that's why. I thought it was a little overprice for a deal. I found a deal seeing after that one that was much cheaper that didn't seem to vary. They were professional and they came out and did the work on time but we got the mosquitoes back pretty quickly. I don't know if that's because of the stuff that they use or if it's just because of the rains. I probably would not go with them again.

Did not control mosquitos at all. Sprayed all around yard covering bushes, trees, and plants. After the first 24 hours mosquitos were biting us in the back yard like nothing happened. No one seems to have an effective method to kill/control mosquito infestation to where we don't have to use body sprays.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. I wasn't there when they came. They came, sprayed and left.

Service man showed up on time and was very professional. Only reason for lower rating is that mosquitos were back in several weeks, so the effectiveness of the service is in doubt. Would use them again, but not for this service unless I am looking at an outdoor gathering that week.

The guy that came out was knowledgeable and on time. The price was fine and I thought the work was good.

Very professional, nice, prompt, and not at all pushy with trying to get us to buy a monthly pest control plan. The mosquito treatment itself didn't last very long, but I don't think that necessarily reflects on the company. If I had pest control needs again, I would probably use them.

Went fine. Technician was surprised that we were not told how to prepare for the treatment so my wife had to rush around and do a few things outside once he got here. Other than that, seemed to be fine. We still had some mosquitoes, but I wonder how effective ANY mosquito treatment can be and is not reflective of the company's service. We still occasionally get bills for the service and have had to remind them that we purchased the Angie's list deal. no real complaints here.

The appointment had to be rescheduled twice due to weather, but I was contacted promptly each time. Once performed, the treatment made a marked improvement in the mosquito problems. While mosquitoes still were present during the treatment effective period, they were reduced an amazing amount. We were able to stay outside at dusk and enjoy the yard with only Tiki torches going to keep the few remaining mosquitoes away. We will definitely do this each Summer.

They billed us for the Service. Bill was sent to a collector. When we finally got to bottom of billing issue they said the payment from the Big Deal purchase arrived after the bill was sent to collections. Made it inconvenient when we returned from our 5 week summer trip that we had been turned over to collections, when it had been paid.

Service was great! I had to reschedule the service twice and they were very understanding and helpful with scheduling. The service person was punctual, friendly, and explained his process thoroughly. He was sure to remind me to keep our pets and children out of the sprayed area for 2 hours after service. He was fast and completed the job in approximately 20 mins.

The tech arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, checked for pets before spraying and then did the work. The mosquitoes were gone within a few minutes. It was worth it.

It took a long time to get on the schedule for the spraying. Once it was done, it appeared to be affective. However, the disclaimer was that if it rained, that the mosquitos would come back. Well, it rained and they did. But they seemed as if a good percentage of the swarm was destroyed.

Showed up early and was very polite and professional. Have definitely seen fewer mosquitoes around over the past month, which is great. They're not gone (house backs up to a greenbelt, so that's not possible!) but far, far fewer.

Called customer service to arrange an appointment for mosquito spraying. Customer service experience was great over the phone. However, I have no idea if the company ever sprayed for mosquitos or not. Mosquitos diminished around the time of the spray anyway due to the drought and I was not home during the scheduled appointment. Would be nice if they at least left a business card or something to indicate that they visited and performed the job as requested.

The company was prompt and professional. After their arrival I showed them the area that needed the most attention (pool area) and they quickly got to work. It was quick, easy, and it seemed to work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Soverign appeared at the appointed time and sprayed our yard with mosquito repellant. The service was accomplished timely and efficiently. My wife and I are both pleased with Soverign. Indeed, we have not had any problems with Mosquitos . If the problem returns, we would use Soverign again. Soverign did what they said they would do. We are very pleased.

Provider was on time, did job as expected. The results have been great. Mosquitos aren't gone, but then this is summer in Texas and they can fly so, ya know... probably an 80% reduction in those mutants so we're very happy. I can enjoy my deck without getting eaten alive!

I had just moved in and the previous owner had left a lot of standing water, which I corrected, but we still couldn't enjoy the outside. They were very pleasant on the phone and explained everything, including some upcoming deals they had on other pest control services. The mosquito treatment sort of worked - there were less mosquitos, but still enough that we couldn't sit outside, even with bug spray on. I would have started using them for regular pest control service but decided to go with a company that uses natural/organic methods since I have a small child. I wish they wouldn't call me every couple of weeks trying to sell me on using them again...

It was supposed to be fore mosquito abatement. Within a week I was getting mosquito bites in our grass. It was supposed to be every 6 weeks for around $100.00; since it did not work I did not feel like that should happen.

I have been using them for 3 and 1/2 years. Their customer service is really good. I have had the same technician for about 2 and half years, which is good and he remembers my dog. One time I was working late when he was scheduled to come by my home and I wasn't able to get home. He offered to spray the outside and schedule another trip to do the rest so I would at least get some treatment. When I got home, he had left a note on the door and my dog didn't seem to mind him because he had remembered him. He had actually jumped the fence and did the backyard as well. Some people might mind that but not me, I got the whole exterior done. It was nice. I have been happy with the price and I got a good introductory rate. He goes above and beyond. They do extras that are not in my contract. They schedule me within one week and always show up on time. They are very professional and call me sir. I like them. I would only leave them if I found a deal that was a whole lot better.

I had paid them around $40 on their last visit to my house. I had first called them when I had a rat problem in my house two years ago. They were very good. They offered me a good deal for a two year plan, which expired recently, and they renewed that with a re-plan from the last year. In the last three calls, I actually got the same operators and I developed a bit of rapport with them. The people who came out actually remember what they did last time when they were here and also remember the interaction we had. They were very courteous and extremely nice. Sometimes they went beyond service levels. They sprayed a base for ants, a little away from my house which wasn't covered by my plan; just to see if that would be effective, so that if I want, I can get a full treatment at my convenience. They were very pet friendly and they didn’t use anything that affected my pet. The spray they used was wonderful. They had a lot of other things that was covered under the treatment plan. It's a peace of mind for me. If I am planning to have a house party or something like that, I can call them to make sure that everything is fine. It's not like I would be paying them on a per call basis and everything would be included in the service agreement. They were very kind to me, which was very important. I don't know how their price has been, but I think I am getting them on a good and a valuable price. The quality of work was good and every time they have treated, I haven't had any problem. The rats and the ants are gone completely. They have been very good in responding. I had a billing issue where they had under charged me, and they were very happy to recover the rest of money from me. They took care of it right away and sent me a receipt immediately. As far as appointments are concerned, they have been always on time. There was one time when the operator actually asked if he can reschedule for another day, and I had no problem with it. They were very professional. I will continue using them again in the future.
