Description of Work: They were super punctual, even a bit early. Very impressed with their efficiency and speed of service. Communication was outstanding leading up to the appointment. And we actually have not had a single mosquito bite since the service! Highly recommended.

Description of Work: They sprayed for mesquitos and bugs, but it only lasted for 3 days which is not what it was suppose to do which was at 90 days. I feel like I wasted my money.

Description of Work: I called, made the appointment for 8/15. Then, on the same call after noting the weather report of no rain in the current week, asked that it be changed to 8/1. The person confirmed the change but apparently did not do it. On that original call I was told we had to leave the home for 2 hours. We did. After calling on 8/2 I was told that "oh no, you just have to stay inside the house". Conflicting instructions, wrong agreed on date. I just want the purchase refunded. However, through this whole mess.....Angie's List personnel was very nice, helpful and professional. Thank you for the refund.
