Their professionalism and experience stood out. Their pricing is very reasonable. They responded very quickly.

The owner of the company (Paul) visited before and we discussed what we wanted done. He then provided a work order describing the work and an estimated cost (which was the final cost as well). The team of workers arrived each morning at 7:30 and worked until 4:30 and also cleaned the work area before they left for the day. The work was performed on schedule. Any delayed work was caused by slow delivery of materials out of their control. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

They were quick with the estimate and were able to start the work within a week They tore out and replaced an old bathtub and wall tile. Although the estimate was for plain white tile, they said I could pick out and purchase an accent tile for the wall. I did this and they incorporated it as they tiled the wall. It turned out very nicely. They also replaced some bi-fold doors and floor tile. They encountered a few problems during the project but took it in stride and completed the project on time and for the original quote.

Tim provided a great estimate for us and stayed true to it. The workers showed up on time every day, were neat and clean and just did a super job.

The estimator that came out and did it was just fine and he was very helpful in helping us determine how to do it and whether it could be done or not. They came right away. I made an appointment and they came right on time. We have had them give us an estimate for some additional work we just haven't gotten around to doing it yet.

The experience was terrible, with the services not what was agreed. I cannot believe a reputable company would just put wood putty over the damage and declare it done!!! And have the audacity to charge $345!!!! Beware of the hype and such of their estimator!!!!!

I have now used RX Home Solutions on at least six occasions, for projects ranging from fixing kitchen tile, to renovating a whole bathroom. They are always punctual, and usually complete the job ahead of schedule. I've referred them out twice to people looking for handyman work, and both were also very happy with their work and prices. I will continue to use them for as long as they're in business!

They were really great to work with. They were very responsive. One of the things I really liked about them is that the guy who did the estimate really took the time to explain what he was going to do and why. He even did some of the work.

The work went very smoothly with their employees arriving every morning promptly at 7:30 AM. Their professionalism was of the highest caliber and at no time were we inconvenienced in any way. Furthermore there was never any mess left overnight as they cleaned up everything before they left each day. Each and every job was on-budget and on-time and change orders were not a problem. They listened to our wishes at every point and did exactly as we requested. I could not be happier with the work they did. Not only would I recommend these people to anyone looking for a quality remodeling contractor, when we have a remodeling job we want done they are the only people we call.

I was referred to RX Home Solutions from another customer, and am happy I can be the first person to rate them for Angie's List. RX Home Solutions worked with me to figure out the best way to approach this project since it wasn't an ideal situation given that they were coming in to clean up after another contractor's screw ups. Before work was started, I felt very comfortable with their knowledge, expertise and the commitment to helping me make the best out of a bad situation. They were able to start very quickly and although the work took a little bit more time and about 1/3 more than originally estimated, they made sure I was aware of it beforehand and explained why. I have no doubt in my mind that under more normal circumstances they would have come in at estimate, but again - I was in a unique situation. I spoke several times with the owner (who also visited my house more than once to look at the project, progress and come make sure I was feeling comfortable) and 3 different people on his crew, and all of those experiences were positive. I will be calling them first for my next renovation.

They were great. They were on time, clean and had wonderful attention to details. Any problem that came up, they resolved it within that day or the next day. We can still call them today and they will come and fix things. They did a very good job and we love it.

Everyone working on the project was very knowledgeable and did great work. Everything looks incredibly perfect, very pleased with service performed. They also worked with me on an annoying HUD payment issue which required a split check and were pretty nice about it considering the red tape.

I spent around $1000. They were great. They were very professional and did a great job. They helped me get my house ready for selling. I will use them again in the future.

called them to give me a bid on a patio cover. it has been 4 weeks and still no bid. he said he would research the patio cover and call me back. the info that he gave me about the pitch of my roof didn't match up to what i have been told by others. i guess only call these guys if you have a extremely easy project. he did not know how to do my patio cover.

After explaining in detail what needed to be repaired, we scheduled an appointment with Tim. Tim showed up on time and spent about 20 minutes with us scoping out the job. He explained to us that "we weren't going to like the estimate" due to the high cost and that he hated dealing with insurance claims. He never sent us an estimate- I guess he wasn't interested in the job. Very disappointed because he wasted our time. We received plenty of money from the insurance company- so money wasn't the problem. We were also looking for a good contractor for future remodel work on our house (which I pointed out to him). Won't be calling back these guys again.

Mr Hoff visited us and observed the extent of repair our porch needed. He discussed our problems very well, indicating how he would perform the repairs. His method was a lttle unusual, but was capable of preserving much of the wood we had at present, thereby minimizing costs. We were a little dissatisfied that Mr Hoff had appreciated the extent of our problem. However, his bid remained one of the last two we eliminated from consideration, for we felt that his plan could be worked with.

The job went well over all. Tim came out to give the estimate, and he was very professional. The estimate came in a little later than I had expected, but looked okay so we scheduled the work. Lamar came out to actually do the work. He did a very good job and finished in one day instead of two. There was some misunderstanding/miscommunication about the tile work. Tim had said that I just needed 7 linear feet and they would cut the tiles and lay them around the new vainty. Lamar put tile in all the way under the vanity, so the amount that I had purchased was not enough. Fortuantely we had some old tile from another room that they were able to use. Everything looks really good and I am very happy. The owner even came out during the day to check on the work. That was impressive. In reflecting on the experience I think the price was a little high because it took one guy less than a day and I provided all of the materials except the sheetrock and texture. But I could be wrong about this.

Great job. Contractors showed up on time and were knowledgeable, very polite, and courteous. We are thrilled with our new kitchen.

They did a phenomenal job--took only one day. I was very, very pleased! Paul is the nicest guy to work with; you won't be disappointed in their work.

First estimate with quick follow up. Very friendly from the start. Finally received additional estimates and Rx Home Solutions was both very attractively priced and thorough in their estimate. Plus, estimate was still valid after 30 days. A few discussions with the owner and they were off to the races. I bought the French doors and they went and picked them up from the nearby home improvement store. (I didn't have the space/room in my sedan.) The team of workers were there on time on the day promised and were very courteous inside of our home - we have an infant daughter and they even tried to keep quiet during "nap time". Finished on time and on budget. I have other projects that I will strongly consider Rx for in the near future.

Can't speak highly enough of Paul and his team. I live in another state now and was back in Austin for a brief period and used Angie's List to identify contractors and schedule several appointments. Paul was one of the first to respond to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment for the next day after he heard of my limited availability. Paul showed up about 10 minutes early and spent about 30 minutes with me going over the extensive list of work I needed performed. I was impressed by Paul's knowledge and he made several suggestions for areas I wasn't quite sure what to do with. I was looking to get work started right away and Paul was very responsive in getting me a detailed quote right away. Of the 6 contractors interviewed only three got me quotes within the agreed upon 2-3 day time frame and two never did give me a quote. Paul's quote was a little higher than I expected. I had originally asked Paul to quote both interior and exterior work and later decided to award the exterior work to a Siding only company mainly due to the price for that part of the work. In retrospect, we had such a great experience with Paul's company (ended up having some problems with the siding contractor) that I wish we had just hired Paul's company to perform all the work. After awarding the Siding contract I called Paul and asked if he would be interested in performing only the interior work. He said they would be happy to and arranged to meet with me so we could review the adjusted list of items. During this whole process Paul was very responsive to phone calls and emails. Once again Paul was right on time for our meeting and he generated a updated quote for me right on the spot and we signed the contract. As promised, work started within the week and Paul's team delivered on time and with excellent quality. After work was completed Paul made sure we were completely satisfied. Paul is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and frankly he's one of the most conscientious contractors I've every dealt with. I highly recommend him.

I called Paul and he promptly returned my call and set up an appt for an estimate. Mr. Hoff arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very professional and easy to talk to. The job was classified as an hourly job because of its simplicity. About two days later, Paul called back and set up a time for someone to come over and fix the lock. Paul always gives you a time and the name of the individual that will be arriving. Lamar arrived on time and spent about 1 1/2 hours completing the job. This included a trip to the hardware store to pick up a new lock. He installed the lock. Paul stopped by to inspect the work. A good experience.
