Rudy's Painting & Drywall

I called Rudy to schedule an estimate for my drywall services. He came out the next morning and provided an estimate on the spot. He was willing to negotiate on price and set service for the following Monday. The walls look original and we are completely satisfied with the work completed. We would use Rudy and his team again!

Excellent job, came on time worked well, and provided an excellent professional job

After a water heater leak at our condo, we called Rudy to give us a quote on repairing the ceiling. We live out of town, so it is very important for us to be able to count on contractors showing up when they say they will. Rudy met us exactly as we planned and gave us a reasonable quote, so we authorized the work for the next day. One of Rudy's workmen, Jorge, repaired the ceiling and matched the texture beautifully. He was very careful to get everything just right. We were very pleased with the results. Fast forward two months... Our neighbor replaced their water heater, and their plumber put his foot through the ceiling in the same spot. We called Rudy again, and he showed up the same day, gave us a great quote and had Jorge come the next day to repair the ceiling again. Good as new. Rudy runs a great operation focused on excellent service to his customers. I heartily recommend him to others who need a good job for a fair price.

Rudy sent a guy over the next day after I called, the guy arrived on time, and the job took about 3 hours. He replaced the pieces that were cut out of the sheetrock, and he did a nice job taping and floating. His texture doesn't match the existing knockdown texture that well, and his texture is more smooth. It's all right for our utility room, but the texturing could have been better.

Rudy was prompt and provided a detailed bid that was reasonable. The closet turned out great, but there were a couple of issues with the ceiling texture and paint initially. After discussing with Rudy, he was more than willing to fix those issues and the final result looks great. The job took a little longer than expected, but I am rating based on the final product which turned out very nice. I would hire Rudy again for similar projects.

They were prompt with a bid. They showed up when they were supposed to, and they finished when they were supposed to. It was well done and I was pleased.

Rudy let himself into my house, letting me know exactly when he would be there and when the job was finished. I liked what he did so much that I immediately hired him again for more interior accent walls. I was pleased with the work he did, and it was very nice to have the work done in my absence. I would highly recommend Rudy for painting work!

Rudy responded to my phone call quickly and had a representative at my home within a day. The wall texturing was excellent matching existing walls within the home. I felt I received quality work. I would call upon again!

We previously had a contractor replace the windows, and the walls were damaged during this process. One of the rooms was a chocolate brown color, the other a dark midnight blue. The paint for the brown room we still had, but the other paint we did not. The walls had already been patched around the window, but they needed to be matched and the walls painted. Called the Rudy to explain that i was trying to get these rooms done on a tight deadline, due to trying to have someone be able to stay in one of the rooms the next day. He was extremely accomodating. He made an appointment to review the job and bid it that same day, arrived a little late, but was still able to get the job started and completed within a few hours. While he had a worker that performed most of the painting there are no complaints with the entire job. They taped off the area, were able to provide and match the blue paint very nearly perfectly (considering it was a 10 year old paint job I was quite surprised by this) - they worked around a small cleared off space, and worked efficently to prime and paint both rooms in sequence. The whole project from initial contact to completion was approximately 8 hours. They also completely cleaned up afterwards leaving no trace, and even fixed the shoddy work the previous contractor had left with the window sills -- installing them, and patching them so they finished off the walls. Overall I have no complaints, I will definitely be contacting this person for all of my future painting needs.

The original company that I hired made a shambles of the ceiling drywall remodeling. i called Rudy and he responded immediately to to my situation. Except for a smaill portion, they had to redo the job. It really helped me in a tight spot. Didn't try to gouge me for money either.

they arrived on time, and spent a good amount of time putting down plastic to catch any work debris. the repairs are fabulous, and ready for painting. I was able to find additional paint with the same mix, so it should not be a problem. I put this off for a long time, and didn't need to.

Painting went smoothly. After they left I found a few drops of paint on my wood floor and found paint on some trim that they had not cleaned up. Overall, it was OK...not excellent.

I was more than satisfied with the job performance of Rudy and his paint crew. My house had not been painted in 20 years and the transformation after a new paint job is remarkable. In addition, they devoted an entire day to sanding, priming and painting my front door which was in need of serious attention. Rudy kept me informed throught the process and did a very thorough job.

I am 100% pleased. They fixed and finished off a job I started and completed it. Jorge is an artist when it comes to matching texture and mudding. Rudy is a pleasure to deal with and great follow though. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Rudy again for a remodel job.

Rudy did an excellent job re-taping and bedding the ceiling where we had a leak from the HVAC located above. We supplied the paint and they did all the work. They did not need to replace the wallboard but we just let it dry out for week or so and then they re-screwed the wallboard to the ceiling joists and also re-textured the area. The whole job took all day and is rather messy (dust from the sanding) but they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. They isolated the area with painters plastic making a curtain from the ceiling to the floor but did not seal the plastic to the floor so when they started the fans to speed the drying it blew out a good deal of dust. The vacuum they used to clean up with was not HEPA so it too blew through some dust too. All in all a pretty good job and we would use them again.

Rudy responded to my initial call immediately and agreed to meet with me the next day. He was prompt and professional. His estimate for the requested work was very reasonable. Two days before we were scheduled to begin, he called me and asked if it would be convenient for them to come the preceding day and we agreed. He was on site every day and was very helpful in answering questions both from his team and from me. His team was fast, pleasant and very professional. The cleanup after the job was completed was perfect. Whenever I need further painting or drywall issues addressed, his is the only company I will call.

I called Rudy's Painting & Drywall on a Thursday spoke with a very nice lady who took all my information and what I wanted done. She told me that Jorge would be in contact to set up an appt. for an estimate. I did tell her that I was not in a rush, a wait of several days would be fine. Jorge called the next day and we set up an appt. for Saturday. He arrived on time and quickly gave an estimate and said he could do the replacement immediately if we wanted. We agreed and he went and got the materials and got to work. It took about 2 1/2 hrs. His work was very neat, well done and looked great. He cleaned up everything and was very professional. I would definitely use Rudy's Painting & Drywall again.

There were cracks in the ceiling, several holes in the kitchen from where we'd removed some fluorescent lighting and everything was covered with popcorn texture. Rudy did an excellent job - we can't tell where the cracks, seams or holes were. The ceilings are so smooth, and look great. He stayed late to do a thorough job of cleanup, and his price matched the extremely competitive quote, even though it took an entire extra day to complete the work. I would definitely use Rudy again for any paint or drywall job.

Pros Jorge showed up promptly on time. He was courteous and professional, as well as very compatent in his skills. He created a tent to seal off the area and created his work environment. This keep all the room furnishings safe and clean. The work was done nicely and the textured matched that of the walls. We are very pleased with the company and the quality of the work. Cons: I have none to list.

Rudy responded quickly and was able to start on the job 2 days later. His pricing was very competitive. His crew was courteous and did an excellent job. The man who did the finish work was outstanding. He put down paper on the floor and around the kitchen cabinets and cleaned up after the work was done. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them on future projects.

A few months back I had called another drywall guy who gave me a $5000 estimate, so I really appreciate him patching the areas of need. He even went to Home Depot to pick up the supplies needed, I paid for, and found in my storage the correct paint that had been left over from before. When I had contacted him on July 7, said I needed ASAP, he was doing the job by 7/8. Overall my experience was fantastic and I would recommend Rudy Rodriguez to anyone as he honest, quick and diligent with his work and does an thorough and perfect job!!!

This is the third time we used Rudy's and the work was excellent as always. Rudy provides outstanding customer service. We received an estimate, scheduled the work and the work was done as scheduled. The floor from the outside door to the bath was protected, as well as the tile, cabinets and fixtures in the bathroom. The work was done in two days. We were very pleased with the results. I plan to use Rudy again and would recommend him to anyone.

Work performed met expectations and was completed within the set time frame. Painters did an excellent job protecting the floor and furniture. Will use again for future projects.

Rudy came by and provided the estimate on a Saturday and scheduled the work for the following Monday. The worker was very punctual and professional. Rudy showed up later during the morning to check in. The repair work took two days. One day for tape, float and texture. One day for priming and painting. Estimate was spot on and was the actual charge. The texture matches perfectly and I cannot tell where they did the work. I used to say if you want it done right, do it yourself. Not the case anymore. I am moving and will be using them for any drywall and painting needs at my next home.
