Rudy's Painting & Drywall

Rudy showed up on time and carefully evaluated the project. His price was almost twice as much as other painters, however.

Rudy's team scraped the old "popcorn" texture from our ceilings and repaired cracks in walls. Then all walls and ceilings were painted. Rudy's guys were courteous and professional and showed up on time. It was a big job that was executed very well and Rudy paid attention to the details like filling in small nail holes and carefully inspecting the paint job when it was all finished. They also did a great job of cleaning before they left. It was a very messy job that they managed well.

It went very well. I called Rudy to tell him what happened and he came over that day for the estimate. He sent his guy out the next day, who was on time, to replace a piece of sheetrock that was gone and also re-texture the torn area. I was worried that he might have trouble matching my strange texture but he knew which tool to use and matched it perfect. He also repaired an area on another wall where the seams had seperated and explained why. It had been repaired once before (which I was unaware) with the tape and he told me they only use the mesh because it's higher quality. I would recommend them to anyone and would defiantly use them again. Great job!

Rudy was extremely responsive and his crew even worked evenings and weekends to complete the project for us. Great experience.

Went fine. Showed up on time and worked steadily. They were accomdating me needing to use the house while they were working. They work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied. Anything I saw that I questioned, they made sure was taken care of.

In masterbath, removed wallpaper from sheetrock with minimal damage. They prepared walls which included taping and floating before spraying texture on all walls. The texture coating was sprayed evenly and they did a professional job. Prior to work, they covered the floors and did an excellent job of cleaning up. They were courteous and professional and completed the job ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company.

They moved the furniture and covered what they couldn't move with plastic. Then they put brown paper and plastic on the floors, and walls.They sprayed my ceilings, and were very fast. They took down all the plastic and paper, and put it in a huge trashbag which they took with them! They swept the hardwood floors and moved all the furniture back to it's original place.

Overall I would not recommend this company or Angie's List, it was a waste of money. I have contacted Angie's list twice now with no response. Apparently taking the money is easy, answering a customer service request not so easy.

He was extremely punctual and professional and got to work with very little delay or need for supervision. His crew did an excellent job over multiple days and the room now looks outstanding thanks to his work!

I was referred to Rudy by a co-worker who liked the quality of his work. We met him and explained our upcoming move and hoped to work out a good price that would include both the old and new home. After accepting the job he had his drywall person come out and he toured the house and patched up everything we asked. Then Rudy had one of his long time painters come and repaint 2 rooms and do touch up work all over the house. The whole job took 2 days and he made sure the timeframe worked for us. Based on that we did call him to get a bid on the new house. We had 5 rooms painted and this time he had a crew come out and they finished the work in 2 days. As promised we worked out a reasonable price as repeat customers. The second day we discovered the paint we bought for one room was wrong, this was not a problem for Rudy...he let us get the paint fixed at the store and they stayed at our house until 7pm to get the job done as they promised in 2 days. We are elated with the results in both houses and will be using Rudy from now on!

Rudy was knowledgeable and spent time answering all of my questions about how best to put our pool room back together to be more water resistant. He was prompt with a quote and good with follow up. His crew was efficient, arrived on time and made the process extremely smooth. The room looks great. I would definitely have Rudy do more paint jobs for me in the future.

Rudy and his assistant (Jorge I believe) immediately got to work protecting areas around the work areas including paper on the hardwood floors and plastic covering everything else. Within an hour and a half, they finished the repairs and the texture is as close a match as I could hope for. They were friendly and polite and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent job! I would definitely use them again for any sheetrock or texture repair.

Rudy came out the same day I called for an estimate. After inspecting the project, he made sound suggestions that would result in the best overall outcome for restoring the deck to it's original condition. From his comments and the fact that he took the time he did to explain the pros and cons of methods that could be followed for the restoration, it became obvious to me that he was speaking from experience and not just trying to sell me on the most expensive alternative. He takes pride in his work and his reputation depends on being able to stand behind the finished product. He was extremely fair in his price quote and even did more work than was agreed upon, without trying to renegotiate our agreed upon cost for the restoration. The return on investment is going to pay off by such a quality finished product. The work was completed the very next day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rudy and his crew to anyone looking for good, honest and competent workmanship.

It went very well. Rudy was very honest and professional, and he is a perfectionist. He did an extra coat of paint on our walls because he didn’t feel like it looked quite right. Removing the wallpaper took longer than he thought it would but he said the estimate was firm and that he wouldn’t charge us any extra. We were very impressed with him. I would absolutely use him again and I have already gotten another quote from him.

Rudy came to see the house and quickly gave me the estimate of $1000. This was for the painting work only. We needed to buy the paint ourselves, he let me know how much and what kinds we needed. They came in on time did the work I wanted, and finished half a day early. The kids rooms look great!

They did a great job! I was really impressed that they sanded the entire deck by hand (this took at least 2 days). Rudy searched different lumber yards until he found the right wood match (western red cedar). He also found an additional board on the front deck that was a little rotten and needed to be replaced, he wanted to make sure the job was done 100% right. We have used Rudy and his team in the past and will continue to do so.

Our dishwasher leaked and was ran out under the kitchen cabinets. The water ruined the sheetrock. We called Rudy's Painting and Drywall. Rudy came out the following day, gave us a bid, and started the job the next day. The second day, the job was finished. They did a great job and even did a little more than was agreed on. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We were not happy with the job they did. We assumed that they would use rollers to paint the walls. However, they came with paint sprayers. They did cover all the furniture before they began to paint the walls but the furniture was not covered well and some of it got spoiled. However, I think this is my fault because I did not ask him if he was would use rollers or paint sprayers. The problem was that we did not know what to expect. We did not know that they would spray inside the house. The texture on the wall is also not even and is noticeable when you look closely. The price was reasonable. They were not as expensive as the other estimates that we received. The man who came to do the work was very nice. They were responsive. They were here on time. They have not come back as yet though to clean up after themselves. They did not cover the doorknobs and many of our doorknobs now have paint on them.

He was great. I didn't have a truck to purchase a ladder that was needed for the work and he went out of his way to go purchase a ladder for me and haul to the location. I was very pleased.

Great! Previous drywall guy (more of a handyman) only did an okay job and we decided we wanted a pro to finish it up. We were going to paint ourselves but Rudy's bid was very good and we just had him do it. Everything was excellent! We've had drywall and painting done at a variety of houses (rentals we own) so we know quality when we see it. Rudy was top notch and we'll use him again next time we need painting or drywall.

The job went okay. They were just right on the money till everything went well.

Rudy came to look at my situation within a couple of days. His crew members were also on the job within days. They were careful, neat and responsive to my concerns. I am very satisfied with the work done, and I would definitely use this company again.
