Description of Work: This company was ok. I had already researched my issue and wanted to see what their assessment would yield. Our hotwater heater is over 10 years old so the technician was upfront about them not touching this old of hotwater heater. He gave us three options of replacing pilot assembly for $754 or replacing the hotwater heater for $1600 to $2000 for a new one depending on warranty chosen. | |Overall, we were not impressed. The technician did his job but believe he could have better diagnosed the problem as all of our research indicated it was our pilot thermocouple that was the issue. | |So, we promptly ordered the $30 part required off of Amazon and replaced it in the hotwater heater and it is now working fine. | |We found in this process that doing you research first can help validate what a company tells you. We were just surprised that the technician could not tell us the exact problem which is the basis of our rating. | |I am mechanical engineer by trait so always look for the answer prior to ensure we are getting an accurate assessment. It saved us a signicantly on dollars.

Description of Work: They said they would be here between 2:00 and 5:00. They called at 4:00 and said they were on their way. They never showed up and we haven't heard from them again.

Description of Work: They responded to an emergency call on a Sunday for a leaking water heater. The technician, Glenn, was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He worked very hard to stop the problem, delime the heater, and get us back on line.

Description of Work: I called them on a Friday to come and try to find a leak. I knew I had one because I virtually had no water pressure but I couldn't find one myself. They said they couldn't come until Sunday. I asked if they charge extra on weekends and they said no.. However they didn't tell me they charge by the job, not by the hour like most plumbing companies do. I did find the leak, so I didn't require their find a leak service. The charge was still $395 for about 20 Minutes of work, although he did a good job, I had to keep telling him where to dig, and i thought it was way over priced. i had the same leak a few years ago had it fixed by someone else and repair was under $200. I would have called them, but honestly couldn't remember who did the work before. I did call the customer relations department to discuss the bill and left two messages but no one ever called me back.

Description of Work: Garbage disposal clogged up Thanksgiving morning, with guests coming at noon! Called these folks and a man arrived within the hour, fixed the problem, was professional in his manner, and a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with service.

Description of Work: Excellent job clearing my septic lines. Use of cameras showed that everything was very clear. Unable to fix more complicated problem, but his work helped a lot with diagnosis. Also came back right away, when clog reoccurred. No charge.
