Provided them with 3 dates that would work for us to meet on 12/16/2106. Never heard from them and we are now past a couple of the dates we provided. Just canceled and am getting a refund from Angie's List.

Very good. They provided great ideas with detailed plans and with an enhanced focus on local plants/trees. Paid for the landscaping plans and a full quote for the services. Now we need to save to actually get it done.

It was fine. I didn't use their service because of a money thing but yeah, they were fine. They provided me with a design that I had asked for. I give them all As, all the way across. They did not disappoint me in any area whatsoever.

Not very well. We assumed that the person that gave us drawings and the bid worked for the Resolution Gardens but when I asked him to came back to check the progress of the job he was unavailable/unwilling and may have been a contractor. We never saw him again in the month that it took to complete. It was agreed that they would put a liner in a bed(but did not) that was being changed to rock only and now I am fighting nut sedge(nut grass) to keep it from coming up through the rocks. They removed two tree trees but did not dig out the stumps and the trees are coming back. They removed some ground cover but did not did up the roots and it is a regular battle to keep it out of the new beds. Some plants that were agreed to were substituted.

I first emailed Randy 8/11/16, and received no response at all. I emailed again a month later and eventually had to call, to find out he had "lost" my email because he was out of town. In 2 months, I couldn't get him to commit to a date or even to discuss date options. I had paid $100 consult fee up front. I don't understand how he does business this way, but I found him to be sorely lacking in customer service and I have no intention of using him to design my garden.

I think they are very talented. They did lack further details of the pathway they were going to install, especially when it came to supplies needed. I asked to see if I could have addresses of some of the other homes that they had worked out previously as a references, and the one house I did see did not look like their Facebook page. I was really wanting my garden to look like the one they use on Facebook. In the end you decided not go with them due to lack of courtesy and communication.

What we got, was just a plan for a small area of our one acre. The discussed outdoor kitchen and patio was not planned at all. Most of the area was not planned at all even not at high level. The assumed value of the regular deal of more than $ 300 was not what we got.

J came to my home and we discussed various projects that I would like to do around our yard. We decided to plant 3 fruit trees to start the yard transformation, plus several areas required a clean up. We are working out the details now.

Very well. Resolution Gardens was very helpful. Took pictures all around my house. We walked the yard and discussed my needs and goals. He noted all the brick and landscape rock I had available. He then went back to his office and sent me ideas for each section by drawing in those changes on the existing pictures. He emailed this back to me within 2 days.

Fine. The consultant was punctual and helpful; she spent about 20 minutes speaking to my wife and me about potential projects. But the final product was disappointing. The "sketches" we received looked like she took pictures of our yard and edited them in Windows paint, drawing some of the features we discussed with a paint brush on the thick setting. See picture. I know I shouldn't expect much for $50, but I was expecting more than that.

I bought that for my daughter. She is the one who had an experience with them. They came out, they were very prompt and courteous. They presented her with a couple of options. I didn't pay anything more than the $49. They didn't do any work. We didn't use them and so it is hard to say if I would use them again.

I was totally happy with them. They did a great job. The guy came out on first on a consultancy basis. We got him through Angie's List. I was happy. That was probably the best company I have dealt with through Angie's List.

They are awesome! Gave great ideas and understood exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend!

It was ok, I got what I paid for. It was pretty basic, something we could have done ourselves. He is just getting started out, I do not have any complaints but we decided not to have the services done. I did not dislike anything, I was just not really impressed with the advice. The interaction was fine, he is a nice guy. I wanted something to improve the yard and I do not feel like we go that.

What I particularly want to point out is that Randy and his crew came on a Sunday and worked in a torrential rainstorm for several hours. And they said they loved doing it because they could see exactly how the water was flowing from the street and how to divert it. They take pride in their work and they want to take care of their client's needs.

We were very pleased with the first visit to create a plan for our backyard. They listened to our overall goals and offered suggestions to complete those goals. They created helpful visual mockups that helped to communicate their vision with specific date and cost estimates. We moved forward with the flagstone patio first. Their communication throughout the process was clear and timely. We were so excited to see the finished patio and the quality of that work we moved forward with the next portion of our yard; a dry creek to help with drainage. This phase of the work was slightly smaller in scope however they were still great with communication and completed the work on time. I will continue to work Resolution Gardens in the future; they're great!

That wasn't quite the kind of landscaping project that they normally handle in. He sent actually to my daughter a software to picture how the garden would look but it was very crude. It was just not presented correctly. I would not use them in the future.

Got pictures with drawings in it that my child could do much better as a "professional landscaping design and plan". Service performed on time, pictures provided 10 days late. Service provider states when questioning the quality of service: "The $50 you paid went to Angies List. We have visited your yard and developed these drawings FREE of charge".

Great! Randy was very informative and explained everything. He provided sketches the same day and then an estimate after I decided on what I wanted.

It hasn't gone at all. He hasn't given me a price and he was here for about 15 minutes.

Randy was very friendly, answered all my questions and gave me good advice.

Arrived on time, gave thorough advice, took photos, and returned an email with information and drawings.
