Description of Work: Removed three huge custom shaped windows and one single custom shaped window from limestone faced facade and replaced with the Premium Renewal Units. All windows needed individual patterns. Complete replacement was completed by a three man team in one day. Finish pointing and touch up was completed the following morning by the team leader on his own.

Description of Work: They replaced 3 windows with top of the line glass and screens. They could provide the style that we wanted and delivered and installed on time with no problems. We love the windows. They have cut down tremendously on the sound from outside as well as temperature changes. I would definitely buy from them again.

Just a quote.
Description of Work: Only received an estimate. I was disappointed, as they just wrote a couple of numbers down, if I decided that same day, or if I waited 30 days. No formal estimate showing the cost of the windows, or installation. Very basic, although 2 sales people showed up, apparently one was in training. They need to provide a better detailed estimate, instead of just a couple of prices written down freehand on a scratch piece of paper...very unprofessional. They did an great job at showing the quality of their product, and measuring all the windows that needed to be replaced, but lacked in the final presentation. Their price was the highest, but probably had the best product.

Description of Work: This was for windows. It turned out great. They were very easy to work with. The building inspector that came out said one of the windows was to close to a door. They replaced with tempered glass at no extra cost to me for that window. The contractors they sent out did a great job.
