Description of Work: Checked out my A/C system quickly and thoroughly.

Description of Work: This company came out to my house and gave me an estimate of $485.00 to install a water softener, which was more than I paid for the water softener. I sent them home and called H&H Plumbing to do the installation and save $150.00. Radiant is too EXPENSIVE.

Description of Work: They charged 2 times the price they offered on the phone and the part they installed on my water heater was cheap and broke shortly after it was installed. I had another vendor replace the part at 40% of the price quoted. I called the company, and the owner's wife just got mad and yelled at me. She did not have the time to hear about anything regarding the poor service. She was exceptionally rude.

Description of Work: Repaced a clogged kitchen pipe underneath the kitchen sink. Examined bathroom tub facet to determine if it needed to be replaced. Work took approximately 30-40 minutes. My only issue was the ammount charged for time involved.

Description of Work: Tub faucet repair.

Description of Work: I did not utilize their services because they were not able to provide a technician in the time frame that I desired. Their customer service was one of the best that I have ever experienced; very professional. Their responsiveness was also great. I will definitely seek out their services in the future.

Description of Work: We were wasting a lot of water waiting for hot water from our heater to reach our master bath, which was some distance away. We considered installing a tankless water heater but were deterred by the installation costs. Brad suggested installing a pump on our water heater that, with a timer, circulates hot water during our peak usage hours. He also installed some kind of diverter valves under our bathroom sinks that prevent cold water from being dispensed when hot water is requested, thereby saving water. Both the pump and the valves have worked very well. Although I would eventually like to convert to tankless, this solution has saved us some money in the interim while giving us near-instant warm water in the master bath. Brad was very easy to deal with and his crew did a good job with installation. I'd use them again.
