Description of Work: They came out on time and replaced 2 faucets in a matter of 10 minutes. No more drips and the new faucets only require a 1/4 turn to fully turn on.

Description of Work: I think I purchased $200 for $99. They were great! I thought I did not have a dishwasher hook up. He showed me my lines, tightened a leaky fixture and charged for 15 minutes, leaving me my original purchase to use later. I would use Radiant again for sure. Thanks!

Description of Work: Angies list had a special on replacing outdoor faucets for $75. Radiant came and did a fine job, however the plumber proceeded to give me a list of "jobs" that needed to be done. He valued the job at aproximately $2300. I had another plumber complete the same job for $685. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!!!

Description of Work: I callled Radiant Plumbing and asked for an appointment early in the morning to check my home heating system. They told me that I could have a "first thing" appointment, the only one they could assure the time on. The time they promised to arrive would be approximately 8:30 am. I agreed. They did not arrive at 8:30. I had to call them to find out they "had an emergency". After another 3 calls, they arrived at about 11:55 am. No apology, no reasons. Their service, however, was excellent and complete. Nonetheless, being late by almost 3 1/2 hours is not my idea of a reliable service!

Description of Work: Purchased two $69 coupons to service and inspect our AC units. Very professional and honest!! Did not try to up-sell me on additional costly repairs. Said that while our units were older, they had been maintained well and should last several more years! Very pleased and will definitely contact them for routine maintenance, repairs or replacements.

Description of Work: Replaced a leaking exterior hose faucet. Decided to have one additional faucet replaced. Service rep caulked the hole in exterior stone, around the faucet, with water-proof material which builder's plumbing contractor did not do and was the probable cause of water entering the home causing baseboard damage. I will use them again for other plumbing issues.

Description of Work: Whole house pluming inspection and hot water heater flush. My wife was at home and the inspector provided a list of "repairs", but no justification or explanation of pricing. Additionally, the company missed our appointment twice and was late the thord time because they continued to incorrectly transcribe the contact phone number.

Description of Work: I was extremely impressed with Radiant! They responded very promptly (within hours) to my late night email request for service. I had to move the appointment up when my plumbing problem became more severe. They were able to come out within 24 hours. The plumber was prompt, polite and professional. After quickly unclogging my bathroom drain, he went above and beyond and cleaned the tub! Now that is some top-notch service. Could you get in done more inexpensively? Probably. They are on the upper range in terms of price. But could you get it done with less aggravation and worry, absolutely not. I will definitely use the again should the need arise.

Description of Work: Too expensive!! The service tech gave an estimate of over $1000 to change the out the PRV. I bought the $69 part locally and hired another plumber to do the work for $250.

Description of Work: I paid to have my a/c system tuned up and inspected. I called Radiant to arrange my appointment, which was very easy and pleasant. When the day came for service I took off work to meet the service man at my house at 9 a.m. When there was no sign of him by 9:20 I called Radiant. They told me he was running late (which I was aware of) and was an hour out from arrival. That was a huge surprise to me, but I had to meet another contractor at the house so I waited. In an hour there was still no sign of the service man, so I called, and they said he was very near my house. 45 minutes passed, and when there still was no sign I walked outside to find out he was in front of my neighbor’s house and had just serviced their house on my bill. WOW. What?! Finally he checked my house, and it was very routine. He repaired an air leak that I pointed out, but the air still leaks from the same spot. When Radiant called me to address the morning’s disappointment they offered to send out their lead man to address the leak. I declined, and let them know I won’t be using them again as they’ve already wasted enough of my time and money. Why couldn’t they have sent their lead man when it was clear the first man wasn’t going to make the appointment time? Overall, I felt like this was a big waste of time and money. I’ve phoned other a/c companies and they’ve all quoted similar prices on the same service, so I’m not even sure how much of a “Big Deal” I received.
